Before I came to Roseville Toyota, I knew exactly which car I wanted: a 2022 Prius Prime LE in Blue Magnetism, and I was not willing to compromise on the color. After searching through all my local dealer car I wanted: a 2022 Prius Prime LE in Blue Magnetism, and I was not willing to compromise on the color. After searching through all my local dealerships in Southern California, I was finally able to find one in transit to Roseville, abour 430 miles north of me. I worked with Ali Goibnazarov during the week leading up to the vehicle's arrival and my subsequent purchase. Fortunately for me, Roseville does not take deposits and sells its vehicles on a first come, first served basis, or I never would have had the opportunity to buy my car. Ali was a dream to work with. He went above and beyond to keep me informed about the status of the vehicle and when it would be expected to arrive on the lot. He was extremely responsive to my questions and responded promptly in all communications. Ali also was mindful of the distance I traveled for my visit and did everything he could to give me an opportunity to buy the car within the restraints of their no holding vehicles or deposits policy. I cannot praise him enough. Thank you Ali and Roseville Toyota for a great car buying experience! More

Went in on a Monday at 1 pm to purchase our leased vehicle. Didn't get out until 6 pm....There is no excuse why this transaction should have taken 5 hours. We were promised a $40 refund of excess sa vehicle. Didn't get out until 6 pm....There is no excuse why this transaction should have taken 5 hours. We were promised a $40 refund of excess sales tax (which were added to our financed amount over our disregarded objection) by one of the many people we dealt with. He was nowhere around when we were leaving. We have owned Toyotas for many years and NEVER had such an unsatisfactory experience. More
