He is courteous, informative and I have always taken my vehicle to Roseville Toyota for servicing because of my Service Adviser, Mr. Shane Oneill. He is courteous, informative and trustworthy. I return to him specifically ever since I had a recurring problem with the design and asked other Service Advisers for a simple switch in the location of one of my side mirror defroster button.
