I'm back with my Ford Family! I had purchased 2 cars previously, but then purchased a new Chrysler. Let's just say I'M BACK! Lol. We had a few hiccups in the process where an issue that was present at delivery took four trips to the dealer to resolve, instead of just one. They took advantage of me because I am a woman and do not know much about cars. They over charged me, did not fix my car, and was completely rude. I brought my 2002 Ford Focus in for a recall that involved lubricated the rear door latches. I left Roseville Midway Ford with a brake failure on my anti-lock brake system. The check in sheet clear involved lubricated the rear door latches. I left Roseville Midway Ford with a brake failure on my anti-lock brake system. The check in sheet clearly shows that the brakes were tested and fine. However the checkout receipt shows ABS and parking lights on and brake fluid low. At first they were trying to convince me that that's they way I brought my car in, then they started changing their story to, "oh, sometimes these things just happen and it happened to happen while it was in our shop", convienent for them that it will cost me about 300 bucks to fix. Roseville Midway service department are crooks! More
