I came in for routine maintenance and encountered Rae at the front desk. She was not only very knowledgeable but was extremely friendly, personable and went above and beyond. Normally car maintenance isn’t the front desk. She was not only very knowledgeable but was extremely friendly, personable and went above and beyond. Normally car maintenance isn’t something that really sticks out in my mind as good or bad, it just is what it is, but this particular appointment will always stick out to me and make me want to continue to come to this dealership. I don’t like to write negative reviews, and I always had 5 stars experience with the customer service and how things handled at Roseville Hyundai, but recent 2 experiences were not as great to say the least 5 stars experience with the customer service and how things handled at Roseville Hyundai, but recent 2 experiences were not as great to say the least…. Service advisor Rachel need to handle customers with more respect. Last 2 times I brought my car in and I had experienced malfunctions with my vehicle and both times Rachel ignored what I was saying and accused me being at fault and I even reached out to an attorney to advise me with the next steps. I’m extremely disappointed at the service and the fact that it is a new vehicle, and she makes me feel like I did something to my car is inappropriate and unacceptable. The manager and service director also promised to follow up with me on the first issue I had to repair a damage to the paint , because of the issue and noone reached out to me yet. I never had problems like this before and shout out to Christopher who I typically had interactions with . This is my 3rd car with Hyundai and I’m starting to question if it should be my last one after many years being a loyal customer. More
