The service advisor Rachel was very helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to and answered my questions. She didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need and did offer the fuel system cleaner knowledgeable. She listened to and answered my questions. Great service and improvement I time wasted. Service was great as usual but this time my routine service took less than 2 hours; previously much longer. In addition they promised the 2 month wait for an appointment would be greatly reduced! They provided a ride home after I dropped off the car but not back to pick it up. I appreciate that I asked if I needed a new cabin air filter and they checked and said I did not! Outstanding service and my rating will go up if the delay in getting appointments can be eliminated!
