~~000 stars——I do not recommend this dealership at all. I left my vehicle at the dealership for an extended period of time to do the repairs. They left the windows down for a certain period of time causing I left my vehicle at the dealership for an extended period of time to do the repairs. They left the windows down for a certain period of time causing internal damage to the inside of the vehicle. Upon pickup the car was filthy, had equipment in it that was theirs trash and damage to the center console. They told me they would make it right and sent me on my way. I have sent many emails and phone calls to multiple staff advisors and the manager without a response. I went in recently for a follow up service and tried to speak to them in person and was told they were in meetings and to send another email. I picked up my car in September 2023 and I am still waiting for a return call regarding the interior damage. I have a written estimate from an auto body shop for the repairs. They are very unprofessional I will continue to share my story to not buy a Hyundai especially from this dealership. You want to feel that when you leave your vehicle with them it will be safe. They can not be trusted. Do not buy here! More

The service associate was excellent. I have 3 yrs of complimentary maintenance but since I have an EV, they only rotate the tires and perform updates/fixes on the software as needed. If they included replacing the cabin filter, that would have been nice. they recommend exchanging the brake fluid after 30,000 mi but that would have been an extra $450. It sounded like maintenance but I suppose that's above and beyond maintenance for some reason. Another note: They used to be 2-4 months out for an appt but now they've got it down to a week since they finished the remodel. More

This was a terrible experience. The service manager I dealt with spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. I even took time to write an email to the CEO of Roseville Hyundai of which was never acknowledged or responded to. My engine stopped work due to rod bearing connectors and therefore was covered under a lifetime warranty. I had remained consistent with my oil changes and timely maintenance. At 115,000 miles my Santa Fe Hyundai completely stopped working. I had to pay to have this towed to Roseville Hyundai because Hyundai Corporate told me my local mechanic was not allowed to diagnosis this or do the work. So I paid to have this towed to Roseville Hyundai. A service manager did eventually call me and let me know that they would call me a couple of days later to let me know if it was indeed under warranty. I never received a call and the next week I called to find out they stated they had called (they had not) and that it was indeed covered. The service manager I spoke with was rude and when I stated that I was not receiving good customer service (kindly not angrily) I was gaslit and told, "Your good customer service is that you are receiving a new $8,000 engine for free". With which I firmly responded with, "If Hyundai hadn't made a product that was faulty I wouldn't have the need for such a replacement". I was not offered a loaner car for my inconvenience, just a number to call for possible rental reimbursement. Thank goodness Corporate Hyundai was much more amicable and stayed on top of this dealership. I received my car back after a week. Of course the telephone buttons on the steering wheel are not working so I'm going to have to call about this now too. It is most unfortunate that we as consumers pay for a product that is probably one of the most expensive expenses and are treated afterward like we are irritating them to perform what should have excellent workmanship to begin with. I will never purchase another Hyundai or Kia now that I know more about them. My focus will, in the future, be for Honda or Toyota their reputations for more quality products are greater. More
