He has known my daughter since birth and has always been sweet to her. He gave me valuable advice on some warranty work once. The dealership had always been fairly clean and my vehicle was usually done on time. But the last couple of years our vehicle is always finished late, the waiting room has been filthy!!! I have photos that prove the filth that disgusted my child and I was still there a year later on our next visit! GROSS!!! The worst part of our dealings with this dealership has been the actual service! 2yrs ago I took my SUV in for its usual oil change and when they gave us back our keys we found motor oil dripping down our beige interior drivers door and all over the floor of the driver's side. They lost my valve stem caps. I check for them after every vehicle service. I quite liked them. Apparently they were custom. They promised to replace them. They never did. They cleaned up the oil. I was so upset by the shock of motor oil dripping down my interior door that it took me arriving home to notice a chip in my key fob. My daughter's father is a prominent psychiatrist. He will attest to the fact that my OCD would never allow me to own anything damaged, defective or dirty. So that key fob was in perfect condition when I gave it to that service dept. They never replaced it either. Then when we took our vehicle in for service a couple of weeks ago the same thing happened! The waiting room was filthy!!! We took photos! Our car was done extremely late!!! We walked up to it to find once AGAIN MOTOR OIL DRIPPING down our interior drivers door and big, black , greasy boot prints on not only the drivers carpet... but also the passenger side!!! I also KNOW they put a scratch below the back window. They tried to deny being responsible for the scratch. Again because of my OCD I walk around my car to check it for damages every time it is out of our garage. Andy the Service Mgr had them ONCE AGAIN clean the interior of my SUV where there was motor oil and greasy boot prints. But then he got VERY AGGRESSIVE and RUDE with me!!! As if somehow I am at all responsible for the pure NEGLIGENCE of his dept!!! He should NOT be a Mgr!!! He LACKS the proper qualities of one who is to be HELPFUL and a LEADER!!! It is because of his behavior that we have decided to make a new SUV purchase with another dealership. We had planned on purchasing a new Hyundai SUV. But NOT if it means being mistreated by these RECKLESS people!!! I took photos of the filth in the waiting room. I also took photos of my vehicle every time they covered my car in motor oil. I took photos of the 2 valve stem caps on their desk as I left them to have them order 4 new, matching ones. I took photos of the scratch and I documented in an email to them every thing in this review and I sent them photos. They have NEVER fixed a thing!!! So you tell me... are they a GOOD dealership? Is this man, Andy, a proper manager? Every person I have told finds them and my repeated situations APPALLING!!! I have been reading this dealerships bad reviews online and have found so MANY people who have had the exact same or very similar problems I have experienced with Roseville Hyundai. If you have POOR leadership... you get POOR service!!! For sure the service management needs to be changed!!! More
Professional, Courteous, Competent Rob is very good at his job. He under-promised and over-delivered installing the hitch on my Santa Fe. Called me twice when it was finished early. After 2 hours I asked Roy Gros in service, who is terrific at his job by the way, how much longer. He said the mechanic took a lunch break. It will be another hour wait! Understand he needs a lunch break. Don't understand how Hyundai thinks this is acceptable service. The mechanic or his manager could not even give me the respect to let me know what was going. It is 1:00 now by the way. More

Awesome experience! Everyone in the service dept. was exceptional. However, two went above and beyond to resolve the problems with the tire service warranty I purchased. Everyone in the service dept. was exceptional. However, two went above and beyond to resolve the problems with the tire service warranty I purchased. Robert Peace and Chris Calden were amazing, not only in the professionalism they showed me but also dealing with the tire warranty people. Although it took a little while, they were able to resolve the issues saving me having to wait 2 days for an "adjuster" to come out and inspect my tire to be sure it really needed to be replaced. Thanks guys, you made a difficult situation into probably one of the best service experiences I've had. More

I also asked them to try to buff out scratches stupid me put in the front bumper. 10 hours later I had my car not ready and a new dent in the driver side . Now maybe they had a busy day and my job was only done by one employee, but the dent shows a complete lack of any care for their work. I can even excuse this as being one bone head employee on a bad day. One suggestion from the 'experienced' service manager was to buff out the dent. Are you kidding ? To top all of this, did I even get a return call from the service manager? Nope. So we have a stupid move by a young helper, no communication by my service manager after 10 hours of the car at Roseville Hyundai , an experienced service manager suggesting to buff out a dent and the service manager not returning a call from a customer with whom they have damaged his car. If and when I do have mechanical issues with my car I have serious reservations of anyone here wrenching on my car. So should everyone else reading this. I love my Hyundai's but if you are looking at buying a new car in the Sacramento region and are looking at a Genesis or Equus, please consider all that goes with any car brand. I do not need any emblem on the car for my ego, but maybe Hyundai is starting to make cars that this dealership is just not ready to give proper , competent service to. More
I purchased a new car from Roseville Hyundai and I was very satisfied with the sales experience. Unfortunately, I then discovered my new car came with numerous defects which were covered under warranty. very satisfied with the sales experience. Unfortunately, I then discovered my new car came with numerous defects which were covered under warranty. I attempted to take my car to Roseville's Service Dept twice for repair. Roseville kept my car for one day and only partially fixed one of my service concerns (dash rattle). I was told to make a follow up appointment and come back. I came back as scheduled and was told that they made an error in scheduling and would not be able to fix my car. I was told this after they had my car sitting in their lot for six hours. I spoke at length with the Service Manager, Damian, who basically told me that he would need two more days to fix it but that the second day would fall on a Saturday when they are the busiest and he did not want to tie up a mechanic on my issue when his dealership could make more money fixing other peoples' cars. I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally. Roseville Hyundai never accepted their error or tried work with me to fix it. I took my car to another regional Hyundai dealership, Folsom Lake Hyundai, explained the issues and the car was fixed the same day! Unlike Roseville, Folsom Lake's Advisors took the time to go on test drives and discuss the issues with me to quickly diagnose the problems. Folsom Lake Hyundai has earned my respect and business for the next ten years. I will never return to Roseville Hyundai and I urge potential customers to read not only this review but other reviews on the web to make an informed decision. More

When I purchased a used Santa Fe I was promised lifetime free oil changes. After several free changes and invoices clearly stating I had lifetime free oil changes the dealership refused to honor the promise free oil changes. The first couple of ti bought my elantra that I LOVE at the Auburn Maita that is now closed. Now I take my car to the Roseville location for service. The first couple of times seemed to be fine and the people were pretty nice. Then I paid over $500 for a 30,000 mile service. I reviewed the extensive check list that was provided and all of the services they claimed to have checked, repaired and completed. Unfortunately I found out they had not completed all of the areas that were marked off. The rep offered me an apology, without any kind of explanation as to how they could overlook such things, and told me "Come on in and we'll fix it for you." ...Come in again? Come in on MY saturday and wait around for you to fix something that was supposed to be fixed in the first place? I was so disappointed. They offered me a whopping $30 credit. Thanks a lot guys. I've seen the reports and programs that talk about how companies prey on people who can't tell if they have done the work they were supposed to. I honestly feel like I fell victim to that kind of business. They see a 20 something female walk in and all they see is dollar signs. I don't know about the sales...but I would stay FAR from the service department More
