Miserable experience. It took almost 4 months to replace my engine, which was under warranty, and I had to call dealer for updates. Original estimate was 4-6 weeks. I called a few days shy of 4 weeks because I needed to know if I would have to extend car rental. It took them two days just to return my call and then I was told another 2-3 weeks. I called again just before the two month mark and was told 1-2 weeks. At the three month mark, I was told it would be another three weeks. Then, less than a week later I get a text saying my car is ready for pickup! I live in another state and had to make travel arrangements. The staff was friendly, but the o er all experience was a nightmare. More

The service department is pathetic. The driver’s side seat heater went out in March. I called customer service and couldn’t get an appointment for two weeks. When I arrived for said appointment I left my car for two days after which they called me and said that they had to order a part which would take two weeks to arrive so I should pick up my car. Three weeks pass and I don’t hear anything so I call them. They say that the part hasn’t come in yet but they will call me when it does. I wait another month and never receive a call so I call again. Low and behold the part came in but nobody notified me. I drop the car off again and they claimed that they had completed the work so I picked up my car. By this point it is May and hot so I don’t need my seat heater. In June I decide to test it; sure enough it still doesn’t work. I call them and they can’t fit me in until August 1. I took the car down the night before my appointment. I never receive a call on August 1 regarding the status. I call them on the 2nd. and sure enough it is done but no one bothered to inform me. I of course immediately checked it once the car was back in my possession. It appears to finally be functioning. They not only repeatedly wasted my time but also my husband’s time when he had to drive me back and forth. Fortunately I have a vehicle that I can use while mine is in the shop but not everyone is that fortunate, I would have thought that providing a loaner car would have been in order when I had to come back in for a second time due to their incompetence. More
