I love my 2024 Kona, however, I am not impressed or happy with your service department. After scheduling an appointment for my 15K service, I brought my car in 10 minutes early. After being checked in I waited for an hour and a half before I checked with Bill to see how much longer it would be. He came back and told me they were backed up and they hadn’t even started working on my car!! He said he got a different tech to start on my car and it would be another 30 minutes or so which turned out to be at least 45 minutes longer, so I’m sure you can see why I was not happy waiting that long for a basic service! I made an appointment to get my car serviced. They set it up for the next day. Christopher got it going the next day. The last time I was there my wife followed me in a KIA hybrid and the trunk battery died. The car wouldn’t start. A lady at this dealership came out and jumped the battery so I could drive it over (next door) to the KIA dealership to get it replaced. Roseville Hyundai gets five stars. More
