I appreciate your reaching out by e-mail, Mr. Keck. I tried calling but just got a dead line when I entered your extension. I was able to schedule a follow up service appt. so there's no need to call me back. I'm definitely not happy, however, that I have to wait 10 weeks for the next available Monday appt.

I think it would be good if you would contact people to advise them HOW LONG it will take due to the construction going on. I live in Grass Valley. HD I known it would take 4+ hours for an oil change I would have gone elsewhere close to home. I love Hundai servive, but won’t wait that long. Thank you
