To start with, I fell victim to the theta II engine problem and it had to be replaced. Two months later I finally get a call my car is ready. Took forever to get it from the dealer after squaring the b problem and it had to be replaced. Two months later I finally get a call my car is ready. Took forever to get it from the dealer after squaring the bill as they act as if they wish you had never shown up and bothered them. You would think a two month ordeal would be over, right? No. Get home and my car smells like gasoline. Thinking it might fade away I gave it a few days. It’s only getting worse. Twice I have spoken to Roseville Hyundai and they could care less. I have an appointment with them in a month in which I can’t bring in the car before my appointment time. I most likely will get the car fixed somewhere else as I can’t drive my family of four in a potential bomb. Update:: After writing this scathing review, I was contacted by the dealerships service manager to resolve the issue. After explaining the person I spoke to about getting the appointment was a contractor and not one of them, they took my car the next day and found a gas leak and repaired. All good now More
