The experience was fine, the wait time was longer than expected but the customer service was very good. They need to let customers know that the building upfront that is seen from the street is demolished expected but the customer service was very good. Soonest appointment for service on my Elantra that was having an issue was 6 weeks out. There was a lack of communication from my service advisor after I texted and left a voicemail with questions about having an issue was 6 weeks out. There was a lack of communication from my service advisor after I texted and left a voicemail with questions about the repairs and when the vehicle would be ready. I ended up picking the car up and did the repair myself because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. The estimate said that my #2 ignition coil was bad. When I did the work myself I found wood splinters and sawdust underneath my #2 coil when I removed it! I’m assuming it was from the remodel of the dealership that was going on next door and is probably blowing around the repair bay. Not a great experience, and I won’t be bringing my vehicle back anytime soon. More

Car repaired but took awhile and when picked up car was dirty from being outside for 2 1/2 weeks. The guy I dealt with was communicating well with me but it was apparent the dealership had limited resource dirty from being outside for 2 1/2 weeks. The guy I dealt with was communicating well with me but it was apparent the dealership had limited resources due to a major reconstruction going on there. I realize they couldn’t clean the car themselves, but it really would’ve been nice if they gave me a voucher for a free car wash nearby. More
