This dealership has always been and will always be a xxxx show… they have great service staff, but with a lack of leadership and lack of resources (staff) by the owners, every visit here is extremely frustra show… they have great service staff, but with a lack of leadership and lack of resources (staff) by the owners, every visit here is extremely frustrating! Without fail they NEVER have the part your car needs which means I ALWAYS have to come pick my car up and take it back to them! Ridiculous!!! Combine this with the 30 minute wait just to get a service tech to check your car in WITH an appointment! And… to top it all off after I waited 30 minutes for someone to bring my car around I finally grabbed a tech and asked him for my keys… after another 10 minutes it was clear they lost my keys and I had to grab a manager to get someone to go find them… after another 15 minutes my keys appeared out of nowhere… These owners just do NOT care… they never have… and they never will… arrogant xxxxxxx! Several weeks ago I set up an appointment for today at 10am. I received at least 2 reminder emails telling me to be on time but not early. Arrived at 10. No one at service desk makes eye contact or acknow 10am. I received at least 2 reminder emails telling me to be on time but not early. Arrived at 10. No one at service desk makes eye contact or acknowledges me. Finally after saying I have a 10 am appointment someone just says "go wait in your vehicle" after 35 minutes of standing out in the parking lot, my car is checked in for recall work. The recall letter I received said work takes under an hour. I am told I will be called as soon as it is ready. By 4 pm with no call I tried to call them a few times, never got through. They close at 6 so I arrive at 5:30 assuming my car is done but they forgot to call me. My car had not even been started. They "didn't get around to it". People reschedule their day and take time off work to get to these appointments. My time was disrespected. More
My appointment was at 7am, I was told that my service would take between 2 to 3 hour’s, I was still waiting after 4 1/2 hours. I just feel that if service goes the told time that your service advisor sho would take between 2 to 3 hour’s, I was still waiting after 4 1/2 hours. I just feel that if service goes the told time that your service advisor should check in with you. When Daniel did come to tell me my car was ready he said it took longer than expected because of the construction not sure what construction has to do with service! More
