Brock, no immediate concerns, I just wanted to provide feedback so improvements can be made to avoid this situation in the future. Hopefully that is how the feedback is taken since the only way any company gets better is receiving feedback to assist in making positive changes to the companies process.

Chris Caldon is the BEST service man in your company. He has a professional and caring attitude towards his clients. One of my car tires had a nail. I stopped by your company after work and was told that in order to solve the problem, I had to "buy" a new set of 4 tires. My car is a 2021 Tucson, at that time the car had less than one (1). I left very upset with what I was told. I returned the next morning and Chris was there. He took the car to be serviced and the "NEED" to buy 4 new tires wasn't never an issue. Chris is GOOD and HONEST. Keep him happy there. Tecca
