Took over 1-1/2 hours for an oil change (I had an appointment) and they neglected to reset the service interval (which tells when the car last had service). I saw that the car's service was completed (a plus - they have video surveillance of the service area) and after it didn't come up I went up to the service counter, asking where my car was, and the rep said that he went to lunch and would get it brought right up. I paid for the service, which was reasonable, and the car never showed up. I had to go back, after waiting outside for some time, and asked where it was. They called again, and it appeared. Next time I'll drop it off and not deal with the excessive wait time. More
