We visited 4 dealerships in ou search for a new Hyundai Sante Fe. Roseville Hyundai and particularly their salesperson, Brandon, was the best of the group. The Sante Fe came with a car wash and a full tank of gas (Wow). Upon delivery, Brandon (once again) took the time to explain in detail, the workings of the vehicle, including the navigation system, all wheel drive, down hill auto braking, backup camera, garage door opener, and he even programed our cellphone to the bluetooth system. It's been a nightmare with the financing guy, Cajun. He's rude, unhelpful, demeaning and only cares about getting paid! It's been two weeks, still trying to resolve my situation and every time I talk to this guy I hang up so upset and frustrated. Never have I been treated this way as a customer anywhere! He only gives me ultimatums, making me think it is the only option. When I asked my bank, they informed me that he had gotten me to agree to refinance which there will be a $200 application fee I will have to pay for. My situation still has not been resolved and I keep having to leave messages and no one calls me back. I just want to get this over with. More

Nick was very helpful during the process of me getting my new hyundai genesis. He greeted me and was eager to answer all of my questions. Additionally, Nick was able to get the service department to stay a little bit late to install some of the extra features I wanted on the car. Kudos to the service department as well. My husband and I have been looking for a Hyundai Elantra for several months. We checked with several dealerships with no help. Went to Roseville Hyundai looking for a new Tucson. Jourdin greeted me before even entering the building. Told him exactly what I wanted, and took me straight to the car to look at. Later Jason (Sales Manager) and Brian (General Sales Manager) worked really hard to get me the price that fit my budget. I didn't feel pressured as I was previously at the Sacramento Hyundai (off Florin Rd.) looking at a used 2011 model and was offered the same price as my new 2012. The sales manager also made me feel like I was ripping him off for the price I wanted. Jason at Roseville, was VERY professional and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. Soon I was off to Kajen (Finance Manager) to sign the papers. Kajen went through and explained everything thoroughly and in a timely manner. Jourdin then set up my phone to the car, and went through everything I should know before driving off. This is my 2nd Hyundai purchase and have been really pleased with the Roseville Hyundai.
