Absolutely fantastic dealership. The customer service was great with Terry and he helped us pick out a car that suited my fiance and I perfectly. He and the financial department at the dealership pulled so many strings for us to be able to afford the car that we need and they were all heros for us (our job is based out of travelling 200 miles or so a week and both our cars needed repairs that neither of us could afford immediately). He made us feel as comfortable as possible, especially since we were there for a good 8 hours or so, provided us with light food and drink, and kept us entertain with friendly chatting. He also helped us out after we were accepted for a loan on the vehicle by giving us a ride back home when only one of us could drive one of our trade-in vehicles. I will definitely remember him and come back to this dealership in the future for any needs/desires. More
Of all my car buying experiences this by far has been the best ever! Sam and the entire sales staff were courteous,professional and enthuisastic. We were referred by our daughter and son-in-law to Nick Cojan another sales team member...he was busy with another customer but introduced us to Sam who didn't miss a beat and took care of us. To top it all off before we got home with our new purchase, a 2013 Sonata Limited at an awesome price. Nick had called my daughter and son-in-law to thank them for the referral! If you're looking for a great vehicle, quality service, and just plain good customer service go to Roseville Hyundai! Get there early because it's non-stop customer service...people were lining up to buy cars ...no kidding!.....when's the last time you went to a car dealership and all the sales team members were with customers! We came in for hopes of buying a new car and getting ride of our old one. But it was because the old one was worn out and not going to last us. As we view what was avalible with David we saw a few things we of our old one. But it was because the old one was worn out and not going to last us. As we view what was avalible with David we saw a few things we liked and they were willing to work on a deal to make sure we could aford it. But that was only under the consideration that our old car had a decent trade in value. This is when Tommy assisted David and found that it might be to much to get a reliable trade in on the car we wanted and still be within budget. So they offered us a different deal. To lease out a new car for 4 years and that would allow them to take the old one off our hands, and make us have a new car at a much lower rate then if we tried to buy a new car. We like the idea and after getting an explenation of how it all worked we went with the lease Idea and got a new car. The only issue that i had at the time was that it was about 60-100 dollars more a month then what we are paying now. So it will make are budget harder to meet. Still, over all it was a great experience and would not mind sending any of my fellow service members and friends to this dealer if they are in need of a car. More
Our salesperson, "Sam", is the best we've ever worked with, and we have purchased many cars in the past. We are previous Roseville Hyundai customers and are happy to purchase again from them. Even though their dealership sells a large volume of cars they negotiated in good faith and didn't charge a "dealer markup" like so many other dealers do. The sales manager, Jason, was very fair on our trade-in price. Our new 2013 Elantra Limited is an amazing vehicle with every feature you could want. We highly recommend Roseville Hyundai. More

We had a great experience at the dealership. Brandon was friendly and easy-going, which made us feel very comfortable right away. He asked us the right questions, and helped us figure out what kind of car w friendly and easy-going, which made us feel very comfortable right away. This was our first car purchase, so that is exactly what we needed. Also, the whole trade-in process and financing process felt very smooth (even though it takes forever!). As a prior Lexus owner I was reluctant to look at a new car like Hyundai with a lessor name recognition than Lexus, but now I am so happy I took the time to investigate and test drive a new Hyundai Genesis car like Hyundai with a lessor name recognition than Lexus, but now I am so happy I took the time to investigate and test drive a new Hyundai Genesis. The car is of very high quality and met all of my performance and comfort needs. Buying the car was a total surprise with no pressure and dealing with well qualified sales peraonnel such as Edwin. The overall experience dealing with management, sales and contract closure was friendly, enjoyable and professional. Edwin went out of his way with a trip in a new Genesis to our home 100 miles R/T to insure the new car would accommodate our driveway conditions. My wife and I have never experienced a new car purchase as good as we received at Roseville Hyundai and we would highly recommend them to all of our friends. More

We never felt rushed or pressured. When we went back today, he was just as helpful and made our car buying experience an enjoyable and painless process. When it was time to turn us over to the finance department, Toshi was also very nice and helpful. When it was time for him go over all the warranty extras, it was not some high pressured pitch, Toshi simply went over our options and left it up to us. And when we let him know we didn't want to add anything on because of our payment, he made some great suggestions that only added a couple of dollars to our monthly payment that gave us an extra five years of coverage so we were happy. All in all, I would and will recommend Hyundai Roseville and Brandon Wood to anyone interested in purchasing a Hyuandai. We were in and out in about three or four hours (from the time we drove on the lot to the time we drove off which is a great turn around time when buying a car!), we got a great deal on a great car, we were not pressured in anyway and most of all, every one was just really nice. I was able to just enjoy the experience and be excited about my new car!!! More
We arrived at the dealership for a pre-arranged visit with the Sales Manager, Joey, on June 2, 2012. He assigned us Edwin as our Sales Rep. to meet us first, as agreed. My daughter was the local area purchaser, and I drove up earlier that day from San Jose to accompany her as she negotiated her transaction. I had done some value-pricing homework on the Sonata GLS-the car she was interested in-along with the car she was trading, in order to establish a pricing and financing range that would fit my daughter's budget. So, once we arrived at the dealership is when the fun began. Edwin met us with his great personality, showed us the car, then we drove the car, and then we returned to the bright lights of the main showroom floor to do the deal. Having only one good eye, my initial problem was just locating the paperwork in front of me. Score one for the dealer! After I found it, we went back and forth on the numbers, price, trade-in, and all of the other stuff that goes with closing one of these transactions. The old guy (me) in this process scored a few points of his own along the way, I think, as I learned I had earned a couple of great nick-names by the end of the day from Joey and Edwin. (Maybe I could get an "Achievement Certificate" of some sort with those same names. I would be proud to frame it!) Joey was interactive throughout the transaction with Edwin, and I felt we were treated fairly on the pricing. So, the end result was the deal you made with "Team Jones" made us both happy, and that's how it's supposed to work, isn't it?. I know my daughter had a good time with all the give and take as well, and especially the good humor from both Joey and Edwin. It is a challenge at times when you walk into any auto dealership, but speaking for us both, I know we certainly had a good time at yours!
