Not pleased For starters I have a 2017 Silverado. I took it in for service they do not fill windshield washer reservoir, they do not wash your vehicle . I have 2 For starters I have a 2017 Silverado. I took it in for service they do not fill windshield washer reservoir, they do not wash your vehicle . I have 21000 miles a rodent ate through my antenna cable under the hood . Due to what they make the cable wire cover out of . After research I found that this is happening a lot because they use soy to make the insulation of wire which attracts rodents. This should be warranted but is not wanting me to pay over 500 dollars to replace it instead of making GM warranty it for a valuable customer . To the JLS brand Toyota and Chevrolet More
Told me to leave after I didn't want with done by them I had brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic and later was called asking if I wanted to have it continued because the work would be expensive and the I had brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic and later was called asking if I wanted to have it continued because the work would be expensive and they didn't want to waste there time by continuing so I of course said continue as I just spent $300 for them to do a diagnostic when they later found the out the complete the mechanic was awesome to work with and talk to but after he left I had to deal with the service lady was completely rude and not nice to work with and after I had ask for a total and was told 9 grand to fix I kindly declined and said I'd send a tow truck to pick up and once I reached to dealership to pay for the services they done the service advisor was rude enough to make a remark and say how I was inconsiderate to have them do the "dirty work of figuring out the issue to only have the truck towed to another shop to have them do it cheaper" I kindly let her know I'll be doing the work my self and that I just can't fork out 9 grand for two parts to be replaced More
Repair to engine I brought my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado truck in for a noise emanating from the top part of the engine. I called to make an appointment to bring the truck in as I had to travel a long distance for work and use my truck for this purpose. My call was taken seriously, I was asked to bring it in immediately and the service department make arrangements to fit me in to the schedule. Upon arrival I was assigned Randall as my service adviser. He was very friendly, courteous and took care of me promptly. I waited less than an hour was told my truck needed a serious repair and they had made arrangements for a rental car within the next 30 minutes. very impressive to me as that is a part of my job providing customer service. I had my truck back within a 4 days and was called several times by Randall keeping up to date on the repair status. Upon initially buying this truck used about 18 months ago I had my reservations about John L Sullivan or any dealership for that matter but they have definitely impressed me with their service and response to the repair to my truck. More

I feel that if they put in the wrong parts each time, I should not be charged for the parts that were installed in my car that didn’t fix the issue. They should’ve checked the issue before returning the car to me the first time and ecspecially the second time. More

They scheduled me for my yearly check up and I was in and out fully serviced. I don’t remember my girl’s name who took care of me but she was awesome. Over the years I have purchased three SUVs from John L Sullivan and everyone, I mean everyone, I have come in contact with at John L Sullivan Dealership has been awesome. I will never go anywhere else ever again! I moved a few years ago to Elkgrove and had a bright idea to service my GMC at the dealership in my area as opposed to driving out to Roseville which I moved a few years ago to Elkgrove and had a bright idea to service my GMC at the dealership in my area as opposed to driving out to Roseville which was my normal routine. Well my bright idea quickly turned into a nightmare after returning back several times to this dealership for the same issue and never getting the issue resolved hundreds of dollars later. I even made the mistake of alerting them that i couldnt find my wedding ring after dropping it in the vehicle on vacation (which of course they couldnt locate and I never found) but thats another post. Anyways I decided to return to the Roseville Chevy service department to have them look at this airbag issue. I met Tom my service advisor the morning of my appointment (which was scheduled with no delay and super easy, I must add) and I explained the issue and provided him with my tidy binder of service receipts (which he was very gracious for hint hint) and history of my vehicle. He automatically let me know that this was going to be thoroughly examined and they would complete the oil change I needed and provided me with options for that which he explained the differences but did not push me to go with the higher priced services which was not the case with the other pushy dealership. He said that given the history, it might be best to leave the car overnight and arranged a rental since I had kids and a toddler to pick up thay day. He made no promises that the rental car would be covered under the warranty but would keep me informed each step of the way (and he did!) I mentioned to him that I noticed the the RPMs were high on acceleration as I was leaving and he also handled that. Tom called me that evening and followed up as we went along . I was always able to reach him when i missed his call and never had to sit on hold for too long at all. By the time he called me the next afternoon letting me know the vehicle was ready, They fixed my RPM issue which was still covered by my warranty, they located and fixed the airbag disconnection issue and since I had paid the other dealership 3 times already to fix Tom went above and beyond and after clearing it with the manager there they fixed it for me free of charge! I wound up paying for my oil change and driving out of that dealership with a vehicle that has driven like new ever since. I am very weary when it comes to car repair places and dealerships however after dealing with Tom and the people over at the John L Sullivan Chevy in Roseville I couldn't be more happy and at ease taking my vehicle back to them for now on! As a single mom and a veteran the customer service matters as much as the quality of service. And these guys are to be noted as being honest and definitely qualified professionals. These are the types of reviews I wish I had the pleasure of writing more often! Thank you Tom and to the guys and girls you work with there at John L Sullivan Chevrolet of Roseville! More
