Excellent Service. Kept me informed. Leroy kept me informed. Although I brought 2011 Impala in for "Service Stabilitrak" indicator occasionally on, Leroy said Battery low, so I replaced i Leroy kept me informed. Although I brought 2011 Impala in for "Service Stabilitrak" indicator occasionally on, Leroy said Battery low, so I replaced it. Leroy said sometimes unusual messages when BATTERY IS LOW. Re: Service Stabilitrak message, service folks checked solder and said it was OK. I just want to be SAFE on the road. Everything seems to be OK, but I will continue to observe the messages on computer in car. I realize that Stabilitrak will be fixed AT NO CHARGE if within 10 years of car on road, or 100,000 mileage whichever comes FIRST. My SAFETY comes FIRST. More

I have had over the years 6 or 7 GM cars, this is my 3rd Chevy, and I have always noticed that the Just had my Impala serviced and very pleased. I have had over the years 6 or 7 GM cars, this is my 3rd Chevy, and I have always noticed that the car ran noticeably better Serviced at your facility, than when I used a independent repair shop. I must admit, it was my wife who first noticed it, as she was the main driver of the our 1st Chevy. Wonderful dealership! I live in Barstow CA. I had my Chevy Avalanche truck in a local Chevy dealer ( Rancho Motors Victorville CA) several times recently and every time I I live in Barstow CA. I had my Chevy Avalanche truck in a local Chevy dealer ( Rancho Motors Victorville CA) several times recently and every time I left there I still had a problem. I was so frustrated and made complaints about them not fixing the truck. After spending $2000-$3000 there, I gave up on them and decided to have a dealer near my Mom look at it. My Mom lives in Roseville CA and we were planning on spending most of Thanksgiving week with her. I called John L. Sullivan dealer on Tuesday before we left for our trip and tried to make an appointment for Fri or Sat but they were all booked. The lady I talked to was very nice and told me I could drop if off and if they had time someone could look at it. We traveled up North the day before Thanksgiving and during our 7 hour drive we had mechanical problems with our Avalanche. Previously it was off and on problems but it was so bad on our trip I was afraid to make the 7 hour drive home. I help a dog rescue and had 5 small dogs with me. It would not have been good to break down. Friday Morning I went first thing to John L. Sullivan. I even offered to leave the truck over night because I knew they would be busy. I am writing to you because of the exceptional treatment I received. I was helped by Steve White and I explained my situation. I found out more just talking to Steve , before my truck was ever looked at, then I did having it worked on several times at my local dealer. Steve was sympathetic to my situation said he would find a way to get my truck looked at. I received a couple calls from him during the course of the day letting me know what was going on. He stated he put his best mechanic on it and they would get to the bottom of my problem. I thought for sure the truck would have to be left overnight but Steve called me midafternoon with a diagnosis. Unfortunately, the problem was too complex to fix during my stay but I was informed it would be safe to drive home and have the work done here. Steve even told me, if I had any questions once I got home I could call him. The shop I took it too once I got home did have a couple questions so I called Steve and left a message. Steve promptly returned my call and answered my questions. I really wish I could have stayed longer and had it fixed at John L. Sullivan but I had to get back to work. I am finally on the right track! I want to thank Steve and everyone I talked to that day. From the women on the phone when I first called, to the young lady that checked me in, and the young ladies working check out, everyone was so kind. I wish I had gotten all of their names. Steve even charged me a little less then was first said. This dealer is 7 hours from me, but if I ever need anything and I can get it done there on one of my visits to my Mom, I will be sure to have it done there. I worked customer service for 19 years and I know that complaints come in way more often than compliments. I like to be sure and compliment when a great job has been done. Thank you. I drive from the Pocket Area which is 30 plus miles just because of the service I receive at John L Sullivan. I tried once at Juffy Lube on Fulton Ave and was totally ripped off. By far the best customer service experience ever! I visited this dealership on August 20, 2014. I brought my new 2014 Camaro in for some testing and a oil change. Leroy Lambert greeted me in the service department with open arms and listened to my concerns as if the car was his. He methodically went through my check list and was beyond helpful squeezing me in an already full appointment book. I wish I had employees working for me in my small business. Leroy Lambert possesses skills and knowledge of the business on a high output and above and beyond service level! I was then led into the parts department to inquire about an RS package that i have been wanting for some time. Brian Difede greeted my there and it did not take long for Brian to impress me! Brian swiftly pulled up several packages that would fit my needs and worked on the price a little bit so he could provide the best deal possible. Brian also possesses many positive attributes that set's him apart from a good employee! Brian uses his listening skills as well as presents the opportunity for an up sell. Again, if I had more employees like Brian my company would flourish in success! I was and am dually impressed with two individuals and felt I needed to take the time to let YOU know MR. Sullivan that these two individuals should NOT go unnoticed and they should be recognized for the above and beyond experiences they provide the customer. I would even consider that they would be in charge of on boarding new employees so that winning culture coupled with integrity is what drives your Team moving forward. I also want to recognize Kevin or Keith (i didn't get his last name) but he works on the sales floor. Kevin also greeted me and showed me some new products as well as educated me on some of the great kits I could put on my new Camaro. I felt like I was with family the whole time I visited your facility. It was amazing to have connected with all three departments in one visit! I will be back. Estimate for Customer Service not in customer best interest Received a safety recall from Chevy that has an estimate 35 timeframe - the dealership here requires 6 hours to get it done. I asked for a manager to call me - I had to call back 2 hrs later because they hadn't found their phone yet. I talked with numerous people including Rob - the Service manager who said because it wasn't possible with the number of recalls to fine tune their estimate any further - it MAY be less but they can only commit to 6 hrs. he compared the dealership to the cable company and said they give the same estimates. Of course that's one of the reasons I no longer shop those cable companies also and the other companies that can do time management and care that their customer experience isn't slanted to diversely affect them - do get repeat business. 6 hours to get a 35 min recall done More
Outstanding Customer Service! We bought our 2012 Toyota Camry about a year ago at John L Sullivan. The front bumper paint started peeling really bad. We called and asked about it and were told to take it to Roseville Toyota where we had the car serviced and they said there was nothing they could do for us because it wasn't a warranty issue. They told us to take the car to Penny in the service dept at John L. Thanks to Penny's efforts, she called us when we got back home and told us she found the car and yes, they had it painted. She took the time to look up the history on the car and it turned out the bumper had been painted prior to our purchase. She went to work and called the company that does their painting and they agreed to repaint it at no charge to us. What a relief it was! And, Penny didn't have to follow up with us at all, but her outstanding customer service has made us permanent buyers at John L!! Thank you Penny for all your help. It's employees like you that make John L Sullivan #1!!! More

We talked about this the night before at the new car clinic, Brian said he had one at the lot that we could hear, so come see him and we could hear it. He was extremely professional in his knowledge and treated us like we were the only customers there. Also at the clinic we had questions about our registration which we hadn.t received since Jan. Joy said that she would check into it and would let us know the next day when we came in. When we came in she gave us the info we needed to know, again very professional and knowledgable in answering our questions. Very pleased with the service by Brian & Joy Terry & Karen White More
