I have emailed JOY twice since she posted that 'form letter' reply and big surprise...NO RESPONSE!!! I guess i now have to take this crappy dealership to small claims court. I took my Corvette in for an O2 sensor and this is what i got... *paint damage *interior console damage *wiring damage *lied to *ripped off Do not take your vehicle to this dealership! You're better off picking a random neighborhood mechanic.
