Just more attention to detail I brought my truck in on a recall and they said they reprogrammed it which they didn't so the steering locked up after recall work was supposully fixe I brought my truck in on a recall and they said they reprogrammed it which they didn't so the steering locked up after recall work was supposully fixed . I had to bring my truck back again for a second time so it can be done right this time. Not madd but defenitly did not like being told something so important was handled and it wasn't. More
Service I went in for a service turned out I needed a new battery! Oil change/tire rotation Every one is super friendly. They let you know up front that it will take 2hrs ( not sure why it takes that long). They did not need to do that for me because I was done in the time frame I was told. My only issue was the courtesy car wash. It was horrible. Windows were streaked, the back of the car I could see where they had supposedly wiped it. I had clean my windows just after I left just so I could see. More
My brakes were making a noise that is not normal. I had to replace the rotors on my prior vehicle so of course I was nervous about this noise. Well Oiled Machine Upon arriving at the dealership (On a Saturday) for recall service, I was greeted with warmth and respect. They quickly took in my vehicle for Service, and explained everything to me clearly. (Thanks Paul) after receiving my complimentary cup of Starbucks coffee, I was kindly given a complimentary shuttle ride back to my home. 4 hours later I received a call from Paul to let me know that my vehicle was ready for pick up. The entire process was easy and painless, and they washed my car for me free of charge. I highly recommend this dealership and service department. More
