Oil change/tire rotation Every one is super friendly. They let you know up front that it will take 2hrs ( not sure why it takes that long). They did not need to do that for me because I was done in the time frame I was told. My only issue was the courtesy car wash. It was horrible. Windows were streaked, the back of the car I could see where they had supposedly wiped it. I had clean my windows just after I left just so I could see. More

My brakes were making a noise that is not normal. I had to replace the rotors on my prior vehicle so of course I was nervous about this noise. (Thanks Paul) after receiving my complimentary cup of Starbucks coffee, I was kindly given a complimentary shuttle ride back to my home. 4 hours later I received a call from Paul to let me know that my vehicle was ready for pick up.
