No Radio, xxx!! As I drove off the lot I was so excited I had a new car. Then I went to find my favorite radio station....nothing would program except static. ..whaaa As I drove off the lot I was so excited I had a new car. Im thinking great, now im stuck in this car, no music I wanna hear....etc. But today I went over to service and they fixed the radio problem right away. Thank you. One issue down!! More

Always waiting Every time I make an appointment, I am always waiting at least 15 minutes if not longer. They don't have enough help. The person servicing people is Every time I make an appointment, I am always waiting at least 15 minutes if not longer. They don't have enough help. The person servicing people is running around saying 'I'll be right with you' to all the people waiting. What's the point of having an appointment when you just have to sit and wait, as does the person who is giving you a ride. I have only gone there because I revived complementary services when I purchased my car. However, those are up so I will be going elsewhere for future service. More
