Quality work excellent warranty I will bring my vehicles back again. I have a very challenging truck to repair because it was a custom order. 3/4 ton with a standard transmission. JL Sullivan replaced my clutch, no easy task and I am impressed with their work. Had to wait a bit for the shuttle but in the end very satisfied with their work. I drive two hours each way to take my vehicles to JLS. Well worth it though. Peace of mind. More

Damage to my vehicle I have purchased my vehicle and regularly service my vehicle at John L Sullivan Chevrolet. 4/5 times the service is fast, friendly, thorough, and easy I have purchased my vehicle and regularly service my vehicle at John L Sullivan Chevrolet. 4/5 times the service is fast, friendly, thorough, and easy. The service personnel are great. However this last time everything was the same except when I got home straight from the dealership I notice damage to my vehicle. Significant damage. Although, I am currently working with the management who have been accommodating to determine when and where this has happened, and possibly arrange a repair this is very frustrating. I am disappointed in the integrity of the staff. Honesty, and remedy would have been more appropriate than allowing a customer to go home and hope they did not notice the damage to their vehicle. This has been time consuming, inconveniencing, and depreciates the value of my vehicle if I would like to sell or trade in the future. I do not feel this isolated incident speaks for John L Sullivan and the staff in general, but it is frustrating. I will remain a customer; however, I will be much more meticulous with service in checking my vehicle before AND after repair. I will follow up with the overall outcome of this situation in the near future. More
