The various employees we have established a relationship with over the years, Brian Difede, JR O'Grady, Steve White and Joy Sanders, to name a few see to it that we are well taken care of. Service was completed in a timely manner and having lunch at O'Sully's was a perfect way to spend the time while we waited. My only negative was the few black marks that were left "behind" ,literally, by whoever drove my car into and out of the bay it was worked on. We will continue to use John L Sullivan for all our service needs! More

Service Tech was outstanding! Randall W. was outstanding. He listened to all of my concerns and individually resolved each one. Oil change Went in to get my first oil change and maintenance check up. Every one was friendly and service was quick. All other places that’s I have gone to to do my car does vacuum but I guess not my dealership that I just bought a brand new car from. More
Could have done more They found the issue to be my supercharger but their only solution was to bring my truck back to stock and remove all charger components. I wish they would have called Whipple (maker of my supercharger) because they had an easy solution for my problem. I paid $300 for that visit to John L Sullivan with one solution and they wouldn’t even help with that . More

IN N OUT ( quick like a hamburger ) I can not give a 5 star rating . My grease fittings never got greased . Mark printed " grease all grease fittings " 3 times on my work order . This is the second time in a row . Last time with my trans flush the dipstick was way over the " do not overfill mark " . I had to return for you to take care of this . This is why I can't give a 5 star rating ... Just because my pickup is a little old i expect you to not ignore it when I bring it in for service ..
