Watch sales manager/finance manager Let me start off by acknowledging the reason for 2 stars. My sales person was the most patient and knowledgeable salesman I've ever worked with. He knew what he had on hand and all the features each model carried stock. He was very kind and patient with my slow walk and indecisiveness. I wish him well and hope he finds a better dealership. Now as for the sales manager and finance manager ( Severiano Vega, and Angela Nickles) if it was you only on this review it would have 0 stars. You upped the price so that after my down payment and 20% off MSRP sale I ended up paying the sticker price. Then you added the tax, licence etc making me pay $2900 over MSRP. I had this same experience in 2001 at the JLS honda so at this point I believe its the owner who trained them to rip you off. I will never buy another car from Roseville auto mall and I hope others read my reviews and stay away too. I will post this injustice on all social media, yelp, google and BBB review page tp keep others from falling into the speed talk, sloppy numbers trick. More
Service center and customer service I took my 2016 Chevy Impala in for a routine oil change a few months ago. There was a malfunction with the oil filter, the guys would've never been ab I took my 2016 Chevy Impala in for a routine oil change a few months ago. There was a malfunction with the oil filter, the guys would've never been able to spot the problem while installing. I started leaking oil, I called the service center and was scheduled right away. The person who scheduled my appointment over the phone was thorough and gave me advice on what steps I should take to make sure I don't make anything worse. When I brought my car to the service center, I was approached immediately by a service tech and we went over everything that was going to be done and how long it would take. I was offered a shuttle ride so I didn't have to wait around. I spoke with Tom and he was extremely helpful getting the problem solved in time and conpleted efficiently. The time they quoted me was under what I expected; However, I got a call a few minutes after being dropped off by the shuttle saying everything was good to go. They told me not to rush, they would pick me up when I was ready. When I returned my car had been washed as well as the oil from under the hood had been cleaned as well. My experience with Chevy was fantastic. The best service I've had from any dealership I've visited. More

We love our 2018 Chevy Traverse Redline We are expecting our third child and came in to look at the Traverse as an SUV option that would comfortably accomodate 3 car seats. We worked with Gordon, who was very personable and answered all of our questions. On our first visit, we test drove a High Country model and were surprised how much we enjoyed driving it. When we got back from our drive, we happened to see a Silver Traverse Redline Edition in the parking lot that had already been sold. My husband and I loved the look of the Redline version and decided THAT was the one we wanted- and we were hoping to get it in the Iridescent Pearl color. It took a few days to find the exact one we wanted , but Gordon worked hard and was able to track it down for us in Nevada. We finalized our purchase a couple days after and are really happy with our decision to go with the Traverse and appreciate the efforts of the guys that helped us. In addition to Gordon, we also worked with Sales Mgr Randy and Finance Mgr David. Everyone here was professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help without being pushy. Overall, we had a great experience at the John L Sullivan dealership and would recommend to anyone shopping for a new car! More
