Bummed I have taken my vehicle solely to John L. Sullivan for years. I have always been very satisfied with the service. I still am, however I was very displ I have taken my vehicle solely to John L. Sullivan for years. I have always been very satisfied with the service. I still am, however I was very displeased when I discovered that they have raised the prices for an oil and filter change. I even brought in a coupon that I get on a regular basis and was rejected the use of it. So now I am being charged $62.00 every 7,500 miles when I can just buy Amsoil and run 15,000 miles between oil changes for $90. You also dissolved your car wash too. Goodbye John L. Sullivan. More

Diagnosis? Great customer service but I believe they misdiagnosed the problem with my vehicle. Camaro Blues I bought a 3yr old GM certified Camaro a month ago. It came with 1/2 tank of gas. By the end of a 2 hour drive, needing gas, it was apparent why it on I bought a 3yr old GM certified Camaro a month ago. It came with 1/2 tank of gas. By the end of a 2 hour drive, needing gas, it was apparent why it only had 1/2 tank. it has a tank filling problem,( internal valve, etc.) and it’s still taken apart at the Chevy dealer- 2 weeks as of today). Now I find out it also had a gas tank replaced at 8K miles. Now at 38K, another gas tank ? Along with a laundry list of repairs/ parts ( $3000 worth recently, and Way too much repair it’s first year of service). And passed those costs to me- over $2000 above high Kelly Blue Book Value- Prob should have walked away. Looks like I bought somebody else’s problem child ! More

Bamboozled This is the first time in my 69 years that I walked away from an experience feeling bamboozled. I couldn't even tell you if I got a fair deal or not. I went to the dealership in 'good faith' thinking that they were going to discuss my lease that was coming to an end and the 'options' pertaining to it (This was my first lease). I was unprepared to buy a new car and even though I said that a number of times, what I did not do was get up and walk out of there (of course they had my car keys so that would have been difficult). I accept responsibility for my inability to say NO. That said, I will not make the same mistake twice. Now I know that a lease is non-negotiable. Now I know to be prepared if I intend to buy another vehicle or to payoff the lease. I am disappointed. This is the second vehicle that I have leased from John L Sullivan. There will not be a next time. More
