The service manager was very pushy. The service manager Tom was very pushy in trying to get me to buy new tires. I told him I preferred Les Schwab. He asked why and then preceded to tell me he could do better than them in price, service and tire quality. I gently reminded him I preferred Les Schwab but he continued. I then finally gave in but stressed about it all night. So early the next morning (0730), I canceled the tire replacements.(via personal message) He called me later to tell me the tires haven't come in yet and so there would be a delay until after 1100. I mentioned that I had a rental car and that would add another day for my car. He said don't worry, I then again told him that I had cancelled the order and to put my old tires on my car and I would be on my way to pick it up. When I arrived I didn't even get greeted by him, I turned in the rental and paid for my car. Then had to wait again for it to be washed. Not a happy $500 visit. More

Didn't have me sign all areas I had to come back! My daughter just bought same car, her pmt is 377, mine is 478. We both put same down 1000. I had less carry over 2000, she had 6000. My credit score is 30 points better then hers, and I've been on my job for 16 years. Playing favorites. I do not play that game. I needed to get out of my lease only reason, and my daughter said Mom they will take care of you! Right. How does she get 18000$ loan and I get 24000$, something wrong here. And I loose all rebates on a brand new car because GM financed? GM financed my daughters car, she still received full rebates. Never again, I will not recommend John L Sullivan. More
