I am from out of state and found a used Pontiac on their website. I contacted their Internet Sales Dept. and was told to fill out a preapproval which I did that very morning. We corresponded all day and las website. I contacted their Internet Sales Dept. and was told to fill out a preapproval which I did that very morning. We corresponded all day and last e-mail I got from them was at 4 pm telling me they were still waiting for the approval but when it did come back when would I be able to come down to the dealership. I told them I could come the next day. The next morning I received another e-mail telling me that they were still waiting for word from the bank and they had sold the car that I was trying to get financed. I was never told that I needed to physically be there for them to hold the car, nor was I given the option of putting a deposit on the car. Typical used car salesmen. More
