I was very nervous on my first journey to find the car i have been wanting. I had been talking to John Miller through e-mail for quite some time before my stop at the dealership. I randomly showed up on a Saturday with no appointment and John had no hesitant to help me. I already knew what i wanted and the price range. After being at the dealership for an hour i came to find out John did not have a 2011 Chevy Malibu. I then started to have disbelief i was not going to be getting my car that day. John said i will not give and i will find you exactly what i wanted. The day i was there it was pouring rain and John was walking and checking is inventory in the rain. He come back in and said i found one. I then got excited and come to find out it was not what i was looking for. John never game up he jumped through so many hoops to get what i wanted. My parents were with me at the time and they were extremely impressed with John's positive attitude and his great personality. John ended up finding me more than i ever wanted in a car. Not only was John helpful, funny and just ready to help he never gave up. I walked away with a huge smile on my face. I am still very pleased with my first purchase and his help.
