It's not often that I can say I truly enjoyed my car buying experience. Terry, Joy, and Ron were all great to work with. I had been trying for 2 days to work with another dealership, but they did not buying experience. Terry, Joy, and Ron were all great to work with. I spoke with Terry Rouda in sales. He was very pleasant and knowledgable about the car I was interested in. In fact he had the car on the lot. Terry offered to show me the car within the hour. I fell in love with the car as soon as I drove it. Terry offered me a very reasonable price on the new car and I was very satisfied with the offer on my trade. Ron Hutcherson, the finance manager offered me a great rate on financing. He was very personable and I really enjoyed working with him. The financing rate was even better than my credit union offered so I decided to buy. Joy Sanders did an awesome job explaining how all the features of the car work. The next day she contacted me to see how everything was going. All in all, I am very happy with John L. Sullivan Chevrolet and all the great folks who work there.
