Perfect service! Heidi did an internet chat with me while I was researching cars at the web site and told me everything I needed to know. I had been looking for a small used truck for awhile. I saw this truck I purchased at John Sullivan Chevorlet in the Sac Bee that I get every Friday to view the adds. He went out to the truck while I was on the phone with him to confirm for me the info I had pulled up online. It was a difficult week for me and my wife to get to the dealership together. John offered to do what ever was needed for our situation. I was able to get to the dealership the next day, and we were able to come to a deal on the purchase. John went out of his way to drive th 1 hr to my home to get my wife's signiature on the loan doc's, and to deliver my new truck. We went to John L Sullivan after finding a truck we had been looking for online. We called first coming from so far away to make sure the truck was in excellent condition. John went out of his way to send us personally photos he had taken of the truck for us and sent them over quickly. We decided to take the two hours drive to see the truck. It was exactly as John described to us. We had a problem with the truck listing that it had a keyless start and onstar but to our surprise it did not when we got there. John went in to the office and made us a deal to get one as soon as possible. Then we went for the test drive. As to our surprise we did not just go a couple of miles but jumped on the freeway and he said just turn around when you would like. The finance manager worked with me to give me a fair price for my 22 year old trade in and reasonably negotiated the price of the vehicle. My dad had purchased and/or leased two other vehicles from John L. Sullivan in the past and our family returns to this dealership due to the great customer service.
