When we mentioned we had our 2003 Tahoe service here for the last 11 years, and were interested in a new 2013 Tahoe he immediately thanked us and stated he/we will not put any pressure on you to buy a new one! And, he did not. They had just taken delivery of the new 2013's we selected the style and color we wanted and he took care of everything. He met our price point, answered every question we had and always made us feel at ease. Within a day we made up our mind, took delivery of the car and within a week drove it over 3,000 miles and never had an issue. John was with us all throughout the process and made sure all our needs were met in a timely professional way. We felt John really cared about us and it was important to meet our needs. We went in on Saturday, 9/1 to looking into trading in our 08' Saturn Vue. We did and we worked with Scott Kiley. He was AWESOME!!! Very friendly and no high pressure. I finally got fed up with my '99 Ford being in a constant state of repair so decided to try out John L. Sullivan in trading it out for something a little less...used. However, 36 hours after driving my brand new car off the lot, I had to bring it back to their service department for an electrical issue. When I received news that my new car was going to be out of commission for an unknown number of WEEKS, suffice it to say I was extremely upset. I made it a point to sit down with two of the sales managers and express my concerns for being sold a defective car. To my surprise, the sales managers not only agreed, they offered to put me in a new car; not in just whatever was left on their lot either...they ended up bringing in my new car from another dealership so that I could have just what I wanted! Octavio and the rest of the sales staff took what could have been the worst shopping experience I've ever had and spun it into a wonderfully positive outcome. John L. Sullivan definitely bent over backwards to correct their mistake and make me happy. I answered an ad on the internet from work and in 10 minutes I received a phone call from Ryan Ross. I thought to myself "Boy did you blow it, all I need is a pushy car salesman to bug me at work", I co minutes I received a phone call from Ryan Ross. I thought to myself "Boy did you blow it, all I need is a pushy car salesman to bug me at work", I couldn't have been more wrong. Ryan approached me in a clear concise relaxed manner and stated exactly what I could expect in the way of a used vehicle. I was shown a couple of trucks and though they were nice vehicles the trucks were just not for me. When you buy a vehicle I think you should have the butterflies in the stomach and the excitement of buying a vehicle that just "fits you" well what I saw was just too boring and frankly too "beat up" to get excited about. I left the dealership to go look around at the other car lots and saw several trucks that caught my eye but I held off making a decision because Ryan was very honest with me and I wanted to do the same with him so I went back to see him and give him a second chance. Well Ryan had gone home and I was a little disappointed but then Rich Straley approached me on Ryan's behalf and we sat down and chatted, in fact I almost left. I think me being honest with Rich and flatly stating that the trucks I saw just did not do it for me and he understood. He had to pull a few strings and jump through a couple of hoops but he found a Toyota Tundra that was not only a looker but had all the techno-stuff that a high tech geek like myself really likes. The car was CLEAN and even has real leather upholstery. In honesty this vehicle was more money than I wanted to spend but not by much. It was at a very low interest rate and we found a way to juggle the numbers and terms to support a 24 month warranty. So to both you guys Rich and Ryan thank you for a simple and easy going buying experience. In my home we keep all our conversations and transactions stress free, we can now include John L. Through the internet, I found a very awesome 2011 Nissan Rogue AWD at John Sullivan in Roseville that had 30K miles and looked immaculate in the posted pictures. I contacted the dealership and got John Miller,,, He jumped on this right away, went out and looked the vehicle over carefully, emailed me 4 detailed pictures of the vehicle and told me it was immaculate with only 30K miles. He faxed me the Carfax report which was perfect, and since we live in Paradise, CA, 1.5 hours away, we did all the paperwork over the phone. My sister is very disabled with a back injury and several past surgeries and cannot drive far, so, I asked John if he could drive the vehicle up to us,,, He was so accomodating and so was the dealership, He said yes, and when he arrived at my home, the vehicle was immaculate, and my sister was so happy with our purchase. We got a very good price on the vehicle as compared to the many others I looked at for her and drove. This vehicle was our first choice over the others we considered, which were the Honda CRV, Kia Sportage, Hyundai Santa Fe, and Tucson,,, The Nissan Rogue is a SUV hybrid and a wonderful vehicle to drive,,, So, thanks to John, we were able to get the Nissan Rogue at a price that was within our budget,,, Thank you John for making this purchase a wonderful experience and for going the extra mile by bringing it up to us!
