Ian was great. I did come in to look at used cars but was discouraged at prices and mileage. He showed me a few that I liked but I just wasn't sure what to do. I saw the copper metalic brown cruz and I was in love. Ian was so patient with me, as I asked a million questions and went on more than one test drive. He was genuinely kind and understanding about the emotional effects that go with this kind of purchase, and really seemed to care. He was lighthearted and actually fun to hang out with, as I was there most of the afternoon. I'm not sure anyone else could have sold me a car that day,. I'm happy with my car, though I'm still in shock that I actually have a new car. 1st one in 23 years. Over all it was a really good experience. I must say it was a very pleasant surprise for my wife and I to just stop to look at a couple of vehicles, really not expecting to purchase a truck at the particular day. I had emailed Franklin Torres a c and I to just stop to look at a couple of vehicles, really not expecting to purchase a truck at the particular day. I had emailed Franklin Torres a couple of times so, I thought stopping by, meeting him and looking a a couple of trucks was something we could do. Franklin was a very pleasant guy, didn't get rattled by the fact we selected a truck to test drive, didn't get off the lot and it ran out of gas. Franklin took the time, remained calm, went and purchased gas, asked us to have a hot dog or hamburger while he did the deed. Finally we were out on the road, it as a pleasure working with him. Also the Assistant manager, Eric Davis was an excellent closer, I wasn't going to buy that day but, he made the deal to get it done. Franklin followed up with all the other efforts, came to our home, got the due bill work done, and didn't stop until we were completely satisfied with everything to have us happy with our purchase!! I initially started looking for a vehicle on line through John L. Sullivan which I choose because I had puchased my Pontiac Grand AM there about ten years ago. Anyway, John Miller was the first one to contact me. It was touch and go for a couple of days. I showed up at the dealership and he was on a test drive. I spoke with Roberto and Tron very very nice individuals. Roberto worked at a previous dealship and he sold my son's car to me. Getting back to John, he's a character, I enjoyed working with him he actually went above and beyond to look for a vehicle that I liked, wanted to drive and pay for. I would recommend John L.
