Where do I start? I started researching dealers online, I ended choosing John L Sullivan because of 1 specific person, John Miller. And everytime John answered every email, every question and explained every detailed for me so I would have no surprises. We finally decided on a car, I drove 2 hours from my home to the dealership and when I got their it was perfect! John Miller made me a promise, he was honest and he made the process better than expected. I even got a new car and a model above what I wanted. And on top of that an interested rate better than I thought! It was almost too good to be true! John was great, and Angela in finance was also great. The dealership is huge, which you assume means aggressiveness....but not them, it was completely opposite. This is the dealership to go to for a Chevy or Toyotoa. thank you John L Sullivan for making this new purchase for me better than expected.! I'd recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Came on the lot having done a lot of internet research for the type of car I was interested in (company SUV). I had tried 7 or 8 other makes/models and the Chevy Equinox was to be my last one to see befor for the type of car I was interested in (company SUV). He knew the car well and was able to show me most of its features while we droe. It didn't have the roof rack I wanted but he confirmed with the service dept. that racks from the dealer could be added and they won't look like after-market. The process was fast, friendly and I have no qualms about recommending John Sullivan Chevrolet and AJ. More
