After going to a few other dealerships first, and being sorely disappointed in how I was treated at their locations, I decided to look for a car online first. I found my Hyundai Santa Fe at the John L Sullivan website, and from start to finish, the folks there made everything as easy for me as possible. Byron had the car waiting for me as soon as I stepped onto the lot. The car was in great condition, drove like a dream, and I got a great deal on it too! I was in the market for a certified used Chevy Malibu and decided to look at John L Sullivan's website because a few of my friends/co-workers had great car buying experiences there. I found a good selection of Malibu's at great prices online so I scheduled a test drive. I am an incredibly indecisive person however so it took me a while to settle in on what I wanted. My salesman John Miller was very helpful in making my decision, as well as the buying process as easy as possible. He presented all the options to me and worked very hard at securing an amazing deal. Even though I was in need of a new vehicle I was dreading going to a dealership and getting that pushy feeling from the salesman. I'm happy to say that wasn't the case here. We decided on the Chevy Equinox and after m BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Our family was in the market for a used SUV for our growing family. We decided on the Chevy Equinox and after much research we chose John L. Sullivan Chevrolet in Roseville because they had the biggest selection of used vehicles in the Sacramento/Roseville area. We couldn't have asked for a better salesman than Tron La. He was so personable and friendly and knew his cars well. He was able to knowledgeably answer our questions and anything that he wasn't 100% certain of, he wouldn't answer without verifying the info first. He didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear, he was very honest and upfront, which was so refreshing! We really appreciated his patience as we looked at just about every possible Equinox on the lot! We never felt hurried or rushed and Tron made the whole process very entertaining! He put a lot of effort into listening to us and finding exactly what we wanted. We truly enjoyed our interaction during the whole selection process. It felt like we were out test driving cars with a good friend! After we finally decided on the Equinox we wanted, it was time to negotiate. I was really dreading this part, but Tron said we would be dealing with Ray Snider and that he would treat us right. And once again, Tron was right. Ray, the sales manager, was fabulous! He made us feel comfortable and we felt like we could trust him. We negotiated a purchase price that was right on target with our budget and was without all the drama of the back and forth that is so typical of the car buying experience. Of course we negotiated to get the best price, but we were treated in a very professional and respectful manner. We even got exactly what we wanted for our trade! And to top it off, we did this all in about 20 minutes! We have purchased cars from Audi, BMW, Ford, and Dodge, and none of those went as smoothly as this. Finally, a car dealership that actually appreciates our business! We absolutely love our Chevy Equinox. I know that we got a great deal and I'm proud to be part of the Chevy family! Since our buying experience was so radically different than all previous ones, I am telling everyone I know to give John L. Sullivan Chevy a chance at earning their business.
