We came in to see a specific vehicle we found online. We were greeted by Mr. Jose Martinez and he started to work with us. We went for a ride in a car similar to the one we wanted. Coming into the dealership we had a specific car in mind, a price set and payment amount to fit into our budget. We were able to complete our transaction within a reasonable amount of time. In the end we did reach our objectives and Mr. Martinez reached his. We were very happy with everything and everyone we spoke with during this time. Mr. Martinez went out of his way to make this a great experience and worked very hard to help us all have a satisfactory experience. This was one of the most painless transactions we've ever had. After months of online searching, comparing and visiting a couple local dealerships ( Stockton ) for a used van, we saw an online add for the perfect vehicle at a great price. He was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed over the phone/online to make a decision if it was worth our time to drive there and see the vehicle in person. Once there we got right to business and started negotiating our trade in vehicle and purchasing vehicle. It took us a little over an hour of negotiating before we were happy with the price and interest rate offered. They worked very hard to make us happy and close the deal. We felt like we were treated fairly and got a good deal. All the sales staff we worked with were very friendly and made us comfortable. We have 2 small children and they even had a small play area and every office had crayons and toys to keep our kiddos happy :) More

To make things convenient for me he went to your dealership in Marysville and drove the Astro van to RSVL that very day so I could test drive it. I saw it a mere 3 hours after my initial call and wound up negotiating a pice I was happy with. As I drove it home the "service engine" light went on and I was able to bring it back the next day to have the issue taken are of.
