It still leaked. Called the shop manager and explained what was happening. The gave me a vehicle to drive while they found a total 8-10 leaks. Mostly gaskets, but after 12 years what do you expect. The problems I reported repeatedly were never resolved. They waited until the vehicle's basic warranty expired, then offered me to buy extended warranty and fixed the problems then. I was wondering why they postponed that so many times, and then I was secretly told by an employee that they don't get paid that much, when doing repairs on basic/factory warranty. I need to mention, that I even paid for one of the services, and the problem they supposedly fixed still persist. I was planning my next HD truck purchase at John Sullivan, but completely changed my plans after dealing with their services. More

Excellent Service After speaking to the service attendant about recent poor services conducted on my vehicle at various dealership locations, he followed thru with quic After speaking to the service attendant about recent poor services conducted on my vehicle at various dealership locations, he followed thru with quick, excellent results at this location. I will stay with Sullivan Chevrolet while I am in California. My only issue, though I regret I did not bring them, I was offered a $38.00 package deal twice by mail. I was provided a military discount however by my service provider bringing my total from $49 to $46.30. It just would have been nice if Sullivan mails out two repeated discounts they could honor them for returning loyal customers regardless if we bring them in with us or not. That is the only "0"or "1" I give them on this visit. More
