When I first met him I thought he was going to be like your typical pushy salesman but on the contrary, he was really interpersonal. He was helpful and made the waiting process more enjoyable. We ended up talking about where he is from, some of his experiences and shared a lot of laughs. Definitely left their dealership with the car I wanted at the deal I asked for and with a great experience. Yes I did have to wait for some x amount of hours but at no point was I dreading my wait. I literally got there he showed me what I wanted and made a deal signed the contract and left. Not the first car I bought a car and was expecting to be there for a while. We are closer to the "other" Chevy place, but chose to drive to Roseville because of the customer service. You will not be disappointed! We also did our paperwork with Devon Allen. It was like seeing a friend again since he did our paperwork 20 years ago when we bought our first new truck. He zoomed us through the paperwork efficiently and we were also able to purchase GAP and an extended warranty. I have never seen anyone work so fast! Loved it! More
