He was very patient with me during my selection process. He helped me get what I really wanted and within the budget which is hard to come by! I was lucky to work with him! I then got to work with Juan who was personable and very nice. He stuck with me through the process and took me to the main lot the next day to wrap up my delivery. Lastly I got to work with Danny Haddad. That guy was AWESOME. Great personality, friendly, easy to work with and personable. I got a great deal and the customer service has been awesome. Cant forget the delivery team, Ashley and Sam. Those girls know their product!!!! Thanks guys!!!! Big hugs!!! More

Great experience I went to John l Sullivan to trade in my 2012 Malibu which I had purchased from them in 2014. I was greeted by a gentleman by Thomas Harvey once my wi I went to John l Sullivan to trade in my 2012 Malibu which I had purchased from them in 2014. I was greeted by a gentleman by Thomas Harvey once my wife and I arrived. From the get go I could tell he was going to be a great salesman to work with he was very courteous and respectful to us throughout. We came to find a pre-owned suv for our growing family and had such a great experience last time we decided to return. We looked at everything in our budget on the lot and couldn't find anything and felt a little discouraged until Thomas let us know they had many more lots for us to choose from he drove us to each one to let us check out the inventory. After about 4 hours of looking he offered to buy us lunch which was really a great surprise and made us feel more than just a customer to him. We continued on our search for about another hour or so after the delicious sandwich which was made in-house at the lobby cafe. after visiting the last lot we found a vehicle we loved but could not get the payments where we wanted them no fault to Thomas. He fought for us getting the payments down as best he could even taking it to a finance supervisor to try to get it even lower but it was far out of our price still. We had apologized to him for taking 6 hours out of his day to help us and even buy us lunch to just leave with nothing. We were about to leave when he asked if we would be ok with a new 2018 chevy trax. It wasn't exactly what we wanted when we came in but after he explained to us the benefits would greatly outweigh the negative parts we decided to to give it a test drive and my wife fell in love with it. After all the rebates on the vehicle we ended up getting the new vehicle for less than we would have on a pre-owned. Even after the sale was complete he waited with us until 9pm to ensure we were completely satisfied with our choice. Throughout the whole experience not once did it seem he was tiring with us for taking so long and revisiting many of the same vehicles over again. It was truly a wonderful experience in all. I dont think we would of left with a vehicle if it wasn't for Thomas and his overall energy and excitement seeing us happy. At one point during the shopping around he noticed my wife was freezing and even offered his own jacket off his back to keep her comfortable. Its that great customer service that makes the whole experience worth it to us. Thank you Thomas for everything and working with us. More
theives and liars I was told that I would get free lojack and onstar after looking at the contract I was charged 495.00 for lojack and no onstar when I called in the ma I was told that I would get free lojack and onstar after looking at the contract I was charged 495.00 for lojack and no onstar when I called in the manager said that the sales people were told not to say that anymore well it is a little late for that. when in finance I told the person I was not going to sign he asked why I told him the van had no cruse or hitch his response was the sales person and manager talked about it and if I sign they are installing both in my van so I sign now I have no lojack(they removed the 495.00) no onstar a person called from john l Sullivan and said you are wright we are going to install the hitch and put in cruse as we said my response was when he said he would call back wendsday I should of asked what year I have called many times always the same we will call back wendsday Have not heard a peep so on 30 days I went back and removed 7000.00 in extras as you will not make another penny from me. More

Horrible Service!!!! I purchased a brand new 2017 Chevrolet Suburban at John L Sullivan in Roseville California May 28th 2017 and was Congratulated on purchasing one of th I purchased a brand new 2017 Chevrolet Suburban at John L Sullivan in Roseville California May 28th 2017 and was Congratulated on purchasing one of the highest-quality vehicles in the industry. I drove 3 hours from home to make this purchase. After I purchased the vehicle we did a walk around and noticed a lot of dings, scratches, paint chipping on the crease of the rear bumper, uneven hood along with broken bumper clips on the front and rear. Prior to the vehicle ever being driven off the lot. I immediately became concerned and started to have cold feet. All the employees from salesman Jamal, Robert Devenecia, and Armando Enriquez reassured me the service Department was excellent and it would be an easy fix and I wouldn't even be able to notice. So they created a due bill I told them I would not be able to come back since I have 4 little kids and live 3 hours away until my son's next Doctor appointment on 8/11/17. We dropped the vehicle on 8/11/17 I made it very clear to my due bill advisor Casidy Kahn that they would have the vehicle for 12 days to please take their time. At the time of pick up the repairs were so highly disappointing and not quality work! In fact during the service repairs they put more scratches in the vehicle and tried to cover them up with more touch up paint. I addressed this to the service manager Penny Case. When I showed her the poor quality of service I received she stated what do you want me to do!?! I stated I was expecting my Brand new vehicle to look brand new. I paid 65,915.80 for my vehicle to look like this!?! She proceeded to ask me if I even looked at the vehicle before I purchased it? I stated I didn't realize a brand new vehicle could've had so much damage. It wasn't noticed until we did the vehicle walk around after I purchased it. It seems to me the dealership would've caught this much freight damage prior to selling it. She stated "No! We wouldn't have caught this... it's not like you bought a BMW it's a Suburban and most people don't look at their vehicles this closely!" as she put her nose to my Suburban. I demanded to speak with the General Manager Charles he was not in so Jimmy Ott assisted me. I left my Suburban at the dealership 8/24/17 and asked Jimmy to discuss my concerns with Charles and call me. It's been 8 days and have yet to hear back. To me this is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! If you go to to purchase a sweater that has a snag they won't sell it as new. Appliances that are brand new with a ding or scratch retailers won't sell to you as new!! But a brand new $65,ooo vehicle it's ok!?! Hmmmmm.... More

I reached out to John L Sullivan and AJ was able to get me approved for up a $17,500 car loan with zero down! I don't know how but he is a miracle worker! If you are need of a car, I recommend this dealership and working with AJ. He put no pressure on me and allowed me to explain what I wanted and what I could afford monthly. More

Sullivan worked with several lenders to secure financing most suitable for my circumstances. I didn't have to put a down payment, and I purchased a vehicle that I love!!! Sales, Financing, café, administrative staff were all pleasant and cheerful. The lounge was nice and comfortable, and the modern advances in their finance department, made electronic signing easy, and expedient. I couldn't believe how fast the process took once I made a selection. I have since brought in my vehicle for a standard service, and just when I thought it couldn't get any better, the Service Department was simply OUTSTANDING!!! EVERYONE was nice, warm, helpful, happy, and delivered customer service that FAR exceeded my expectations. I will not have my vehicle serviced anywhere else. Best car buying experience ever! More
