But the numbers didn't work for me. He said let's try a 4 cylinder turbo. I was skeptical, but went along with the idea. Max had a 2018 silver Chevy Malibu. After the test drive, I was sold. The numbers were right for my budget. I'm happy and I will make my future Chevy purchases from John L Sullivan. More

Rude salesman I went in looking for a small SUV for my family. The salesman was really quiet and when I asked him questions I got one word answers. It was really aw I went in looking for a small SUV for my family. The salesman was really quiet and when I asked him questions I got one word answers. It was really awkward. And then when it came down to paperwork and proof of income, he became pushy and very bossy. He was rushing me to fill out paperwork instead of letting me read what I was signing. It made me uncomfortable. The finance team was amazing though. They really worked with me with my income and credit score and made it possible for me to get a car that I’ve wanted for so long. I walked out with my 2017 Kia Sportage and I absolutely LOVE IT. So I give the finance teams customer service five stars and the sales man two stars. More
