Had a good experience Was looking at used Chevy Impala's early one morning while I was waiting for the bank to open. As Sam, the finance manager was walking by to open the offices he asked if I needed help. Told him I didn't want to waste his time because I was going to buy, that I was just looking at the cars waiting for an appointment. He still took the time to answer what ever questions I had and opened a few to show me the difference. Gave me a card and did not call to harass me. I called a few days later to ask Sam about a completely different car I had seen online and scheduled an appointment to bring my wife to come see it. We liked the car and felt comfortable enough to buy it. Did we get the best deal ever? Who knows, but my wife and I both feel like we got a great car at a fair price. We would definitely come back to purchase another car. More

No Radio, xxx!! As I drove off the lot I was so excited I had a new car. Then I went to find my favorite radio station....nothing would program except static. ..whaaa As I drove off the lot I was so excited I had a new car. Then I went to find my favorite radio station....nothing would program except static. ..whaaaat! Then I also realized there was no cd player either. Im thinking great, now im stuck in this car, no music I wanna hear....etc. But today I went over to service and they fixed the radio problem right away. Thank you. One issue down!! More

Always waiting Every time I make an appointment, I am always waiting at least 15 minutes if not longer. They don't have enough help. The person servicing people is Every time I make an appointment, I am always waiting at least 15 minutes if not longer. They don't have enough help. The person servicing people is running around saying 'I'll be right with you' to all the people waiting. What's the point of having an appointment when you just have to sit and wait, as does the person who is giving you a ride. I have only gone there because I revived complementary services when I purchased my car. However, those are up so I will be going elsewhere for future service. More
