It wasn’t so much the initial sales person I was dealing with but his managers and whoever else they kept sending out was the promblem. Then when we couldn’t make the deal work all of the sudden the things I wanted they could do after I left l. In the meantime they had someone calling me while I was talking to the initial sales guy saying that they were going to do anything they can as they want to hit our quota before Presidents’ Day. In addition he told me he was a manager not knowing the protocol when I let the initial sales person know I made an appointment to come back in or send my husband as I am on bedrest he didn’t tell me the initial guy would loose the sale which is not a good practice and then the other guy on the phone was not fourth coming. After finally negotiating back and fourth we agreed on a price 3 days later they did send someone to my house for me to sign but then the financing was an issue when I said I would return the car they were able to lower the price to make the deal work and so I resigned but There was missing paperwork and had to resign a 3rd time. While 2 people were nice and not pushy the initial sales person and finance guy I didn’t feel like the others saw me as a human being and more so they saw me as a number which was not an expiercence I would like to put on anyone. More

I went through three different service advisors, they kept my truck for three days, I had to ask for a rental which they ended up charging me for.
