My first impression was the pleasant attitude of the Sales staff who promptly greeted me and offered to assist my effort to find the right car. The buy-process negotiations were a pleasant a give-and-take discussion. Personable staff addressed all concerns. Accordingly, I decided to purchase my new vehicle from this dealer. Having heard many horror stories regarding dealer Service Departments, I am happy to share that my experience(s) with Sullivan Service Department ranks among the best. I appreciate the attentiveness I receive upon arrival; the professionalism accorded my concerns; and the follow-on support given to ensure I remain a satisfied customer. I especially appreciate Ashley Pullin, the Service Representative who has gone the extra mile to allay me concerns and help me keep my vehicle in excellent standing. Nice people but they need to change their ways I recently purchased a new Volt. I love the car but I'd rather have a root canal than go through the purchase again. My first visit (2 1/2 hours) was with on of the sales people who circle the lot on foot. He was pleasant and helpful but could not find a car that had the features I wanted and said I couldn't order one. Then I send an e-mail to internet sales. They were responsive and helped me through the website and said I could get just what I wanted. I discussed pricing and he said he could give me the price I was looking for. I had at this point gone through the options list and so I made an appointment to sign the papers. That process took over an hour. The real killer was when the car came in 4 months later, it took 3 hours to pick it up! All the people I dealt with were competent and helpful but the process was obviously not set up to make it quick or efficient! They dealer is not worse than others but the whole process needs to change! More

Wasn't very happy Picked up my car after a simple oil change tire rotation. Almost made it home and realized my engine light was on. Brought it back and sat another 45 Picked up my car after a simple oil change tire rotation. Almost made it home and realized my engine light was on. Brought it back and sat another 45 min to find out they didn't properly hook up the wires after they changed the air filter. Got home and realized they didn't put 2 of the 4 air tire caps on. Pretty disappointing More
poor attention to detail. We had the first appointment of the day at 7: AM. We dropped the truck off the night before. At least this time they actually washed the truck although apparently only the hood and doors. Brake is sqeeking still although we were told it isn't. Over all very poor service. More

Expect a differnt price then your were quoted Was quoted $5,000 less that what I was billed at. I upgraded on the warranty which I understand cost more but the hided fees got me. This time a little glitch after my tires were rotated one of the sensors didn't work and I had to go back to the dealership to have it reset. It was inconvenient, but the overall service was very good. More
