We drove over an hour to meet them to pick up our vehicle only to have to turn around and go home... because the person filling out the paperwork would not go into the dealership we were at... to get new paperwork and start over. This was a huge fiasco. Such a run around!!! It took us the following week before they delivered the vehicle to us. Missing the carpets in the van... and we never received the full cargo mat for the back of the vehicle that was agreed upon with the salesman while making the purchase. Overall.. I would NOT recommend this dealership. They were not looking out for the customer in any way. I have emailed the salesman about the rugs and the cargo mat... still no reply. More

SERVICE FOR MY GMC ACADIA I was fortunate enough to have STEVE WHITE for a service advisor at John L. Sullivan's service department. I made an appointment on line for routine I was fortunate enough to have STEVE WHITE for a service advisor at John L. Sullivan's service department. I made an appointment on line for routine maintenance, and also to replace a burned out headlight. I got right in when I was supposed to. After I got there, I remembered an electrical problem I forgot to mention when I made the appointment. The techs ran down the problem, and gave me a price on how much it would cost to fix it. STEVE gave me a big break on the labor costs to run down the electrical problem. Over the last 40 years, I have had a lot of dealers' service departments doing work on my cars, and NONE came close to the customer service and car service I got here. Even though a GMC dealer is right next door, I chose to go to Sullivan Chevrolet to work on my GMC. Sullivan Chevrolet is a "Car Pro Show" authorized dealer, and it shows! If I had to use one word to describe this dealership, it would be "EXCELLENT." You won't find better anywhere else. Bill Miller More

Mindless and disrespectful manager I posted a previous review because this dealership tried to change the loan agreement on me. Went in to try and resolve the issue and the manager (Ran I posted a previous review because this dealership tried to change the loan agreement on me. Went in to try and resolve the issue and the manager (Randy) i believe was his name actually had the xxxxx to call me disrespectful for writing a bad review. He refused to help us work ouht an agreement and basically said give me the car back because they now refused to even offer me the new loan agreement. He told me i paid way to much and that I had to pay more because they priced the car incorrectly after they over paid for it. And when i asked for my down payment back in cash he also refused and said i couldnt get it till the car was inspected. No. You dont get the car back till i get my $3,000 back in cash. Long story short they are trying to pin there mistake of pricing the car too low on me and make me pay extra so they can make a bigger profit. I will more then likely be seeking legal assistance from a lawyer to help finish this deal and get my money back. They also lied to me about when the main manager would be there. They told me she would be there sunday at 8. When i got there however they told me she decided to take the weekend off. More
