The various employees we have established a relationship with over the years, Brian Difede, JR O'Grady, Steve White and Joy Sanders, to name a few see to it that we are well taken care of. Service was completed in a timely manner and having lunch at O'Sully's was a perfect way to spend the time while we waited. My only negative was the few black marks that were left "behind" ,literally, by whoever drove my car into and out of the bay it was worked on. We will continue to use John L Sullivan for all our service needs! More

Awesome I received a call from the dealer ship and I agreed to test drive a car. I informed Martin that I was going to get my grandson first then I would be I received a call from the dealer ship and I agreed to test drive a car. When I arrived I was greeted by two sales guys and they asked if I had an appointment I said yes with Martin and before I got my grandson out of the truck Martin made it to me first. We looked around for a car and took it on test drive I loved it. when we got back they put in a play room so we sat there they did some numbers and before I knew it was driving home in my new car. The weekend before I was turned down twice from other dealerships so pretty shocked now I own a new car. I love it Thank you More

Worst experience with financing It took over 2 weeks to secure financing and had to put down an additional $10k+ not planned for to keep the vehicle we fell in love with. Juan was fa It took over 2 weeks to secure financing and had to put down an additional $10k+ not planned for to keep the vehicle we fell in love with. Juan was fantastic salesman but the rest of our experience has been nothing but problems (simple things like no car manual, no second key provided at time of purchase). I'm still dealing with issues 1 month after purchase because the vehicle I traded in is still not.funded to pay off. Due to the multiple issues with this purchase, I will not be a returning customer which is unfortunate as we really enjoyed working with Juan. More
