Rosenthal acura has really nice people and they have a comfortable waiting room. The price of the oil change is fair. I have always been able to go there and not have to wait too long to be assisted. A few months ago I had a problem with my brakes and took my acura legend to Rosenthal acura to have look at it. I was worried because my car was over 10 years old and have not spent any major repairs on it. They looked at it for me and told me that there was nothing to worry about. The brake fluid was very low and they performed a minor service on it. Now the brakes work great. I am about to hit 200,000 miles on my legend and it still runs great! More
Nice service facility to take your acura to get routine maintenance. They don't hassle you to do things to your car that is necessary. Rosenthal Acura is a phenomenal Acura dealership. Yesterday (2.18.07) celebrated the purchase of my 5th Acura and the 4th and 5th cars we have purchased from Rosenthal (we leased a 2007 TSX and 2007 Yesterday (2.18.07) celebrated the purchase of my 5th Acura and the 4th and 5th cars we have purchased from Rosenthal (we leased a 2007 TSX and 2007 RDX). I have purchased cars from Iani and Salim before - Salim actually took me on a test drive for an Acura Integra GSR many years ago and showed me how to actually drive the car to appreciate it's top notch performance. Since then we have had a pair of RSX's which we recently exchanged for the TSX and RDX. Sean and John helped work out the financing for us and I had the opportunity to also meet David Horsford who is the Managing partner at Rosenthal. I think the customer service and strong teamwork that are clearly evident at Rosenthal speak to his leadership, the professionalism and the sincerity of his team. While I've been to some dealerships where you feel like you fall of the face of the earth after buying a car, the great service is only beginning at Rosenthal. The Service team at Rosenthal helps with scheduling appointments for oil changes and maintenence and keeps you informed of progress while your car is being worked on. If you need to get to work, they provide can drop you off and pick you up once your car is done. If you decide to wait, they have free Starbucks coffee and a great atmosphere in which to relax and are wired for your laptop if you need to work while you wait. The end result - Rosenthal offers nothing short of a stress free, phenomenal experience. I would recommend them highly. More
I was referred to this dealership by friends, so I had high hopes going in. However, this salesman seems to be a poor reflection of the dealership in that case. I do not like to stereotype at all, and tried to be open-minded, but he ended up perpetuating the dishonest car salesman mold. We were straight up with him, he responded with insults about how our price was ridiculous would put them out of business. Of course, when we presented our facts and figures to him, showing their cost and how much profit he was really making, he really didn't have much to say. His "final" price kept changing, 5-6 times all said and done. In the end, he kept trying to pressure us to buy, because the car was in such good condition that someone would buy it that day if we didn't. He said the car was highly sought after, but it sat on his lot for more than a month. More
I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have dealt with Steve Shager exclusively. I've received follow-up emails from Mr. Shager, checking to be sure all is well with the vehicle and asking if I have any questions, etc. The Sales Manager is also wonderful to deal with. We felt we got a very fair deal on all the vehicles we purchased and traded. The facility is clean and the waiting area is comfortable. The Service Dept. is also kept very clean and the service work is exceptional. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase an Acura! Go see Steve! More
