I worked with Adam in the service department and he was extremely helpful in getting my car in and out for an oil change. Everyone that I ran into said hello and I was even able to get on my laptop and wor extremely helpful in getting my car in and out for an oil change. Everyone that I ran into said hello and I was even able to get on my laptop and work while I was there because of the free wifi. This is my first trip here and I will be coming back for future services. The price of the oil change was fair and they even washed my car. A+ for service. More

I've always taken my 04 TL here for service. My last service here was for an A1 which called for oil change, top off fluids, rotate tires, visual inspections, car wash...When I got my car back, the car service here was for an A1 which called for oil change, top off fluids, rotate tires, visual inspections, car wash...When I got my car back, the car was not washed even though they stated as washed in the receipt. The service reminder light was still on. They didn't reset it. It was snowing that weekend and I ran out of windshield washer fluid, so they did not put in any fluid. I assume they didn't put in any other fluid either. I have no idea if they actually rotate the tires or not. I gave them the car at 9:30 am and was told it would take 2 hours. I had to call them at 5:30pm to ask for status update. They finally call me back at 6:30pm to pick up the car. I'm taking my car to a different place next time. More
Long story short I previously purchased 2 brand new vehicles from Rosenthal Acura, an 03 RSX Type S and an 05 TL. Went in last week to purchase an used 07 MDX with nav and tech package. The sales perso vehicles from Rosenthal Acura, an 03 RSX Type S and an 05 TL. Went in last week to purchase an used 07 MDX with nav and tech package. The sales person was ok but when it came to negotiating, their price on the car was awful. They flat out low balled me on my trade and they tried to act like they were doing me a favor. Their service department is just as bad with rude service advisors that could care less about cutomer service. Suffice to say this dealership has lost my buisiness for good. More
I have to say I found the used car buying experience at this dealership odd. My initial impression was of the sales management knew what it was doing based on a phone conversation withe manager prior to m this dealership odd. My initial impression was of the sales management knew what it was doing based on a phone conversation withe manager prior to my appointment but after reflecting on this experience I can't say this is an accurate assessment after it was all said and done. In the end I came away with a feeling that the sales people I dealt with at Rosenthal are unique among sales people in this line of work. The test drive was fine but there was no negotiation on the sales price. The sales person did not offer a lower price than the listed price in response to my counter offer. In fact he didn't offer financing options or recommend a second vehicle. Very strange! The whole negotiation lasted about 10 minutes. I suppose he could have wanted me to do his work for him. The end result is that Rosenthal lost a sales opportunity. Can't say I have ever had such an experience with a used or new car dealership before. My advice to other potential car buyers is to look elsewhere if you are looking fo a good deal. There are many other Acura dealerships willing to work for your business. More
I just bought a new Acura from Rosenthal Acura and I have to say that my entire experience was pretty so-so. This was my first time buying a vehicle from this dealership and with buying an Acura so I really to say that my entire experience was pretty so-so. This was my first time buying a vehicle from this dealership and with buying an Acura so I really didn't know what to expect. I have bought several other luxury cars in the past though, including new cars from Mercedes, Infinity and Porsche. This was probably the worst experience out of the four in hindsight. :-( Personally, I have a problem with sales people who can't stop boasting about how great their customer service is long enough to give good customer service. I think we all know what great service is and don't have to be told when we are getting it, right? My salesman was busy texting his friends while we were taking my test drive. Good thing I didn't want to hear about the vehicle I was driving, right? lol And I also have a problem with sales people who tell me how to answer questions on quality control questionnaires that are conducted by their superiors or corporate office. Why not just give me great customer service in the first place and not worry about how I'm gonna answer those questions, okay? lol The car is really great, but it was dirty on the inside, slightly damaged and missing certain things when I first took possession of it that day. This was poor attention to detail in my mind and something I have never experienced at another dealership in the past. I also never met anyone else at this dealership besides my salesman and the finance guy. This was pretty disappointing to me and seemed kinda lazy and unappreciative. I figured that some manager somewhere would eventually come over and introduce themselves, congratulate me on my new purchase and thank me for the business. Nope! Sorry! Oh well. :-( My overall impression of this dealership was that there is a lot of room for improvement with their customer service, sales management and attention to detail. More
Mike Zheng was great to deal with when purchasing our new used Acura MDX in May 2010. He stayed in constant communication and they were able to match the prices we found at Acura dealerships in New Jersey. I used Acura MDX in May 2010. He stayed in constant communication and they were able to match the prices we found at Acura dealerships in New Jersey. I would definitely recommend working with Mike for anyone shopping for an Acura. He really took care of us and that is greatly appreciated. The service department is also great and took care of us. They were very friendly and professional. I live in Falls Church, VA and make the drive out to Gaithersburg MD because I know that they are honest and will provide me the best service possible. I would've bought our Acura from Radley Acura, but they never responded to me and from the review I read about them, they rip you off when it comes to having service done on your car. The drive and gas to get to Gaithersburg is worth it to me. More

We negotiated via e-mail and telephone (it is a 60 mile trip through D.C. traffic to the dealership). He was prompt in returning calls and extremely fair in pricing. My wife and I drove to Gaithersberg where we finalized a deal. Chad never applied any pressure (knowing that we were considering a car at another dealer) and he provided useful information. Since we were unable to bring the car home that evening he offered to deliver it to us the next day. In going over the car a technician discovered a small crack in the windshield (obviously, a careful final exam was made) which delayed the delivery to the Friday of July 4th weekend (the start of bumper-to-bumper traffic in the area) and rejected our suggestion to deliver the following week. Chad knows his product as well as competing models. He was helpful in financing, offering suggestions and explaining "the numbers" (even to the point of changing he contract the following day to a different lease term "no problem") We plan to move to Florida; however, when the lease is up I will first call Chad and make the trip to MD. to be able to buy a car from him again. I have not yet used the service but if it is anywhere near the quality of Chad Dorfman I will be quite pleased. More
I bought my car from Rosenthal Acura in 2001, and have been going there ever since for service. I am always completely impressed by the people who work there. Stopped in originally back in October of 2009 & had a excellent encounter with a sales person (Narinder Singh). I returned with the intention make a purchase of a new MDX & trade in a 2009 vehicle. The excellent encounter with a sales person (Narinder Singh). I returned with the intention make a purchase of a new MDX & trade in a 2009 vehicle. They were not even willing to appraise it. I was told, "it is a high end car & you should go to CarMax & then come back to buy". Then when a day or two passed, a sales manager called & asked why we did not buy. I explained to him what happened, he promised to get me a "great price" on my trade. Then they not meet trade in pricing from Kelly Blue Book! In fact, they were over 4 THOUSAND below KBB for a late model car, still under factory warranty, in MINT condition with only 2000 miles (yes, only two thoushand). Needless to say, I left had 3 written offers for purchases from other dealers. The sad and funny thing is, I got a call from the very knowledgeable and talented sales person (Mr. Singh is truly an asset & the main reason I returned there) yesterday asking me to come back that they would get "almost" what I was being offered elsewhere. Guess what? I took delivery on a 2010 Lincoln last night. Will NEVER go to Rosenthal again & will advise everyone I can to be cautious when dealing with this predatory & unprofessional company. BEWARE. More
