After a typical car dealership experience at an Acura dealer in Laurel, I decide to try Rosenthal Acura even though it was a little further out of the way. Their selection of cars were better than most a dealer in Laurel, I decide to try Rosenthal Acura even though it was a little further out of the way. Their selection of cars were better than most and I was able to find the 2008 certified TL I had been looking for to replace my 1999 Honda Accord. The people and atmosphere was noticeablly different the minute you walked in the door. They were friendly and there was no pressure to buy a car. Andrew, the salesperson that greeted me, made the process easy from start to finish. The finance dept. was very professional and Kristin was excellent. Lastly, I was introduced to Ben the service director who briefly talked about servicing my car in the future at the dealership. Despite the further distance (there are 2 Acura dealerships closer) I now service my vehicle only at Rosenthal. Great job guys! More
Bought a new 2011 TL. Over the course of the last week, the General Sales Manager of Rosenthal Acura, John Haddad, got in touch with me and admitted that what the Sales person did was wrong and made sure that it will never happen again. I know for some people that wont be enough, but for me that is a positive step from the dealership to make stuff better. I had a very pleasant experience at Rosenthal back in 2009, when I made my first Acura purchase, and the previous one tainted that first experience. But now, after talking to John, I think I am willing to give this dealership another chance. My initial rating was 1 star for the dealership, I am changing all of them to a 4 star. Thank you John. Debra provided excellent sales support and followed up promptly to any inquiries I had.
