I got phone calls and emails just when I needed them, and always got all the information I needed. I got my questions answered and requests fulfilled very quickly, which is even more admirable given that I had pretty unusual requirements. I am still in touch with them, and they are happy to get my questions answered when I have some. 2. They don't guilt you into not buying or not wanting something, and make sure you get what you want. I had zero negative feelings during the entire negotiation/buying process. 3. The price was the most competitive out of all places in the area, by far. 4. They worked with the bank to get me the low 0.9% APR, and were able to do that. 5. Everything was done very quickly, including the car delivery and contract signing, as well as accessory installation. The car I wanted was not in stock, but they were able to get it in just a day. 6. Great service department with over 60 free loaners -- I got an almost new TSX sedan for a day while my backup sensors were being installed, which couldn't be more convenient. I would definitely buy from Rosenthal Acura again, and highly recommend this dealership. More

He essentially stayed involved with the entire purchasing process and went well out of his way in assisting me transfer cumbersome equipment from my old to new car. Additionally, Chuck took it upon himself to arrange for the installation of a moon roof visor a week later and again made certain that process went flawless.
