We strongly recommend to AVOID this dealership. In one sentence, Rosenthal Acura as a dealership is dishonest and they don't care. In 2012 we were looking for an Acura MDX. Radley Acura in VA actually ga sentence, Rosenthal Acura as a dealership is dishonest and they don't care. In 2012 we were looking for an Acura MDX. Radley Acura in VA actually gave us a way better deal, but because we live in Gaithersburg, we chose Rosenthal as they promised to offer us a close price (not as good as Radley), excellent after-sale service and life-time car wash as often as every 2 weeks (which was to match Radley). We requested the Sales Mr. John Benson to write down the terms and signed it, but Mr. Benson told us he worked there for over 10 years, we just need to trust him and the dealership. We chose to trust them, but now we REGRET making such a decision. First on settlement day, we found that the price on the invoice Rosenthal's financial person provided was not as they promised. That startled us, but hey, mistake can happen. Then during the paper work process, their financial person tried to sell us various deals to 'better protect' our new MDX. After careful comparision, we told her we are not interested, and she turned sarcastic. How nice of her! After we got the car, we went for car wash on average less than once a month in 2012. We just called Mr. Benson for the first car wash in 2013. Guess what? He said we can only wash the car when we do the service at their dealership. He does not care what he promised, and does not care even we said we would complain to his manager. After all we were not too surprised, because this is likely how this dealership treat their customers after they sell the cars. We will spread our upsetting experience on every review website we can think of to warn potential shoppers. They are dishonest and disrespectful. They feel alright to trick their customers. I hope they would realize how wrong doing business in this way is. More
I recently purchased an Acura at Rosenthal Acura. The salesman Chris Kutrumbis and manager John Hadad were superb. The were courteous, patient, informative and answered all questions. One of the worst dealer that I have ever been to. Do not go to this dealer trading your car and buying the new car at the same time. They will steal your money. I bought an Acura ILX, and also I traded in my old Acura Tl 2003 with only 103K mile just for 1 thousand (it had transmission problem but you know that you can sell this car to other dealers more than that just a thousand even the transmission gets the problem). WOrst trading dealer. Moreover,when we dealing with price for the ILX, the sale man Kenneth , and also a sale manager named Ruben Awad did not explain carefully into the detail that they have already taken a thousand from my trading car into the final value for my new car. By that I meant, my trading is $1,000. Ruben only showed the part where it showed that the car price is $26K, and he did not even mention that $1000 trading is already in the price. He took a thousand from my trading and minus from total price of the car without letting me know. After I got home, I just checked all of the paper work. It turned out $27,000 instead of $26,000. It kinds of disappoint to have a sale man , and also a manager who do not know how to explain clearly to the customers. BAD SERVICE> More

I leased a Lexus and was getting ready to extend the lease when I was asked to check out the Accuea TL. I had my reservation since I was very happy and comfortable with my Lexus.
