My fiance' and I were in the market for a new family car (2014 MDX SH-AWD w/ Tech Package) and doing some research on the web, Chris Kutrumbis @ Rosenthal Acura was HIGHLY recommended. Negotiations took a little less than an hour where we were comfortable with the purchase and the amount financed. If I would do it all over again, I would definitely visit Rosenthal Acura in Gaithersburg, MD again and request that I work with Chris Kutrumbis specifically. He was extremely courteous and professional throughout the whole process and made us feel comfortable by answering any and all questions we had. We never at once felt pressured to buy that day. James Tan and his sales manager, Pete Mishos, provided an exceptional experience in acquiring my new 2014 MDX. Having owned and driven an MDX since 2002, I had tried every new SUV available and could not fin exceptional experience in acquiring my new 2014 MDX. Having owned and driven an MDX since 2002, I had tried every new SUV available and could not find any reason not to stay with the brand. Since I had planned on giving my old MDX to my daughter who lives in Gaithersburg, I decided to call Rosenthal Acura to see if I could make a deal there and deliver the 2002 to my daughter while picking up a new one from Rosenthal. Pete gave me a price I couldn't refuse and James provided sales and service support far above and beyond anything I could have expected. To top it off, when my daughter's plans changed, James drove 8 hours overnight to deliver the vehicle to my home in Charlotte, NC, and spent a couple of hours the next morning going over all the features of the vehicle with my wife and me before we drove him to the airport for his return flight. What more can I say! This has been the easiest, most pleasant and hassle-free car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you James and Pete! More

I bought a car from them, at first no issues. within 800 miles my car started turning up with all kinds of issues. I live about 2 hours away and when I brought it back they didn't even fix the alignment pro miles my car started turning up with all kinds of issues. My clutch is about to go out, and they refused to cover it under warranty (even though I've only had the car for 800 miles.) The throw out bearing in the transmission also makes a noise and needs to be replaced to which they also did not replace. The only thing they replaced was a leaking clutch master cylinder that was supposedly causing my reverse gear grind. I feel like when I was buying the car, everyone at the dealership were my bestfriends but as soon as my car had issues it seems as if they did not want anything to do with me, or help me in any fashion. I would not recommend this car dealership to ANYONE as it seems customer satisfaction is not their #1 priority. More
I was looking to buy a Saab and I saw a 2003 Saab 9-3 Linear on Autotrader that I was interested in and Rosenthal Acura had it and it looked to be in very good condition, so I called and talked to Harpre Linear on Autotrader that I was interested in and Rosenthal Acura had it and it looked to be in very good condition, so I called and talked to Harpreet Broca and he was very friendly and professional over the phone. I drove out there the next day (I live over two hours away) and met with Mr Broca and talked with him about the car and took it for a test drive and I bought it! Mr Broca and Rosenthal Acura where great to work with and I was satisfied with how the purchase went and the friendliness and care shown toward me. I hope to have this car for a long time, but I would go back to Rosenthal Acura again if I needed another car and if they had what I was looking for. Thanks Rosenthal Acura, I love my car! One of the best parts of working with Mr. Narinder Singh was the time he took to explain the valuable features the vehicle has to offer. He spent extra time on the safety related features, which greatly helped me feel even more comfortable with a great new car. I would highly recommend any prospective buyers to work with Mr Narinder Singh as he isn't the typical salesman. He goes out of his way and takes the extra effort to ensure you choose the vehicle that best suits your needs. Most importantly he doesn't pressure one to fear stepping into a dealership. More
Just purchased a 2013 TSX Tech from Steve Shager at Rosenthal Acura. He made what normally is a painful experience such a pleasure. The deal was made by internet and phone. We strongly recommend to AVOID this dealership. In one sentence, Rosenthal Acura as a dealership is dishonest and they don't care. In 2012 we were looking for an Acura MDX. Radley Acura in VA actually ga sentence, Rosenthal Acura as a dealership is dishonest and they don't care. In 2012 we were looking for an Acura MDX. Radley Acura in VA actually gave us a way better deal, but because we live in Gaithersburg, we chose Rosenthal as they promised to offer us a close price (not as good as Radley), excellent after-sale service and life-time car wash as often as every 2 weeks (which was to match Radley). We requested the Sales Mr. John Benson to write down the terms and signed it, but Mr. Benson told us he worked there for over 10 years, we just need to trust him and the dealership. We chose to trust them, but now we REGRET making such a decision. First on settlement day, we found that the price on the invoice Rosenthal's financial person provided was not as they promised. That startled us, but hey, mistake can happen. Then during the paper work process, their financial person tried to sell us various deals to 'better protect' our new MDX. After careful comparision, we told her we are not interested, and she turned sarcastic. How nice of her! After we got the car, we went for car wash on average less than once a month in 2012. We just called Mr. Benson for the first car wash in 2013. Guess what? He said we can only wash the car when we do the service at their dealership. He does not care what he promised, and does not care even we said we would complain to his manager. After all we were not too surprised, because this is likely how this dealership treat their customers after they sell the cars. We will spread our upsetting experience on every review website we can think of to warn potential shoppers. They are dishonest and disrespectful. They feel alright to trick their customers. I hope they would realize how wrong doing business in this way is. More
